I don't know if most of the country's lottery/local lottery are available online I mean worldwide. There are verified lottery only that are available for most countries to avail some tickets for their lottery.

Me too, i'm always interested in betting on lotto here in our country. Although the winning percentage is 0.00000000001% I still try to bet and no matter what happens I still have a feeling that I have luck in me. Base from my understanding his statement, he's confused about the lottery in other countries because he's only playing those games with particularly in Singapore and Indonesia. English is not his main language so basically it's hard to express it but I think it's understandable because even me either, it's not my mother tongue.

I don't play lottery but few steps away from my home there's a small branch that you can place your bets and also in the nearest mall here, there's always a line which means that lottery is popular in my place.

This is the same for our country, and I gotta agree. There was a time when the prize pool were quite big and talks about how IF it was actually spent on charity and donation, a lot of the homeless, poor, and child welfare centers would actually benefit from it, but sadly, the talks were just talks, and the could have been possible decision was never met with agreement by the authorities.

There's fiat lottery in my place. I used to drop by the ticket outlet and buy a combination or two but so far I have not made it as a winner. I'm sure most countries have their own local Lottery system and isn't really limited to countries of India and Singapore. Though they may differ in terms of type/medium/prize, the concept is still the same, in which it kinda borders to wondering if the owner is actually lying to you and is manipulating the results or that you're just pretty unlucky in winning since there's a seriously minuscule chance of you winning.
