I asked for a virtual credit card for adwords from jenabaxter. but he only gave me debit card and the cards were not accepted by google. did not make any returns and not respond for a long time.

I paid her 7$.

Based on the following comment and your SS, I'll be leaving a negative rating in order to get her attention...

so after 24 hours i do have what i paid for, removing the negative trust.

telegram was no help, only after posting here and leaving negative trust i got a response by email, will see how these accounts go.

I tried to help you in every way I could.
You asked for an adwords card, I provide you that following card you were asking.

At the end i said, i will go first next time and you pay me later and the last card i provided you was a spain card.
i didn't accept money for this card yet.
and it declined and I said Ok i will reply to you tomorrow.

What is the issue here, you have not paid anything and are still claiming you got scammed.

Kindly ask this buyer to post all pictures, because i have sent him more than 10 cards.
and at the end i provided him a card according to his demand.
And at that time he was away and said Ok i will try this card after 16 hours.
and this buyer tried that card multiple times and at the end it get blocked.
Then he shares the screen shot and said it is not working.

I sent him proof and plus video that the card I am giving you right now is a valid card.
Kindly ask OP if i am lying i will refund payment.

Kindly paste all the card bins that i have given you and found out

How many are Prepaid?
How many are from USA?
How many are from Spain?

I guess 2 out of 10 were prepaid, And you have tested 8 cards and are still asking for another one?
You are buying 1 card not 10 or 20.
But still I cooperate with you the way I can.

Google adword do not accept cards from every country, Google Adword do not accept cards from every bank, Even Google adword do not accept a few bin from American Express ( American Express is one of the biggest bank in the USA).

- Based on my understanding of the situation, Virtual Reality tried to help multiple times throughout the conversation ^{[with the exception of the latter part, when she went missing]}.
- Both of you are at fault for this ^{[to an extent]}...

• Virtual Reality gave you the idea of waiting or a refund and you chose to wait: Proof
• She even tried pointing you to someone else: Proof
• Later that day, you asked for a refund: Proof
  
  • She came back the next day and asked for your BTCitcoin addy and you gave your addy but after a few hrs, she gave you two options and you didn't choose the refund option "again". Proof #1 and Proof #2
