The thing that I did this 2019 is hold all of my coin as long as possible since some predictions is saying that the price of bitcoin will not gonna rise that much. But when the time that btc rises, I sell some of my coins and I forgot that I should have hold it longer. I forgot that halving is gonna happen soon and that is my biggest regrets after all.

Throughout 2019 I did not achieve the altcoin profit target as I had hoped, but I am still grateful because I still benefited although not only slightly.
Hopefully in 2020 all those who invest in altcoin can get what they expect, because many members of this forum work from cryptocurrency.

The main change imo is people's attitudes towards small cap coins.

They used to be incredibly hyped up and sought after, but now demand has subsided significantly. Nobody is dumb enough to believe in the hype of these projects anymore, to be it bluntly. As a result, a lot of the ICOs that are currently running are struggling to raise funds.

I guess my personal change in response to this wider, macro change is putting less emphasis on soughting out new projects, because there is simply a sore lack of quality ones.

I hold a token from translation bounty rewards, actually at first it is quite high in value. But i only sell some of it and hold rest of it for longer time. Glad i already sell some because the price is really cheap for now. My mistake maybe hold tokens for longer time and expect for high price and then sad because of it. And maybe some people suffer same thing too.

You're still lucky, compared to past ieo I've joined, I wasn't able to earn whay I expected. Joining IEO is not a good thing to me.

That is actually the hardest part in crypto, you shouldn't be embarassed. Actually even I have that kind of personality, and for sure there are lots of people out there have the same issue.

2019 is average for the community, no big hype and no big dump in the market, but there are so many hacks and so many scams projects, if we want to correct our mistakes, then we have to be more aware and to educate ourselves on every project that are coming in the community, 2020 if we are aware of these happenings then, we need to correct it by educating ourselves.

The crypto world in 2019 left many memories because there was a significant increase in the middle of 2019 on the price of bitcoin.
And many IEOs are able to accelerate very quickly but cannot maintain their position and fall very deep.

I didn't really set much crypto goal. Setting New year goals is good, but you have to factor in the possibility of changing/altering your goal to improve it or adapt it to your changing environment.
So, I will make sure I write my goals with a pencil next time. And build things that are easy to alter and improve. The most important thing is to have your goal founded on solid foundation (ideology/principle) in order not to derail during challenging times

To be honest my 2019 is not good as compared to 2017. Both 2018 and 2019 are full of bad memories and experience. Most of the bounty i joined failed. Didnt get any reward. Maybe i got only 500$ from 2018 and 2019.

My biggest regret in 2019 is buying Quarkchain tokens in antiipating that the price would pumped during their Mainnet release but the price dumped from 1000sat to less than 100sat at the moment, though I cut my loss at 500sat.

The best decision in 2019 was buying BTC when it was $3500

Well, I finally found someone like me. I also tried to buy QKC at 800 sts and waited for the mainnet to come from them. As a result, the QKC is now only 40 sts and it may even drop in 2020. It was a wrong investment decision for me in 2019 and now I have to suffer it. I don't know until QKC has a new bull run, and it seems the project has been less active compared to before. I hope it doesn't die because I have invested most of my money in this project

Indeed, last year will be remembered with scam projects, IEOs, a good increase in BTC's price, and weaker performance of altcoins. These changes had negative and positive effects that were not caused by us. Gain, loss and blah blah. The main thing is that we have learned a lot about crypto and continue to do. The market is still alive and our hope is huge.

Just remember to sell them all when you are getting decent amount from there. the speculation market makes the price of crypto is really volatile that makes you can lose it instantly. I was getting the same experience in the past and i just learned to sell anything that i have when i was in the profit.
This is happened with majority of the hunters.

I get enough income because I really do not do much and do something so this makes me quite sorry, but also I suffered losses but not greater than what I got. But my expenses this year have been very large from my income and this is very bad for me.

I don't lose any money in 2019 compared to that of 2018 but I did lose my time on bounties that turned to pennies in value, I learnt to always go after well established crypto projects and get rid of wanting huge money

I have achieved a freedom where I can be wherever I want and still work, I managed to make money on a ferry while going to another city, I made money while I was on a vacation looking at a beautiful waterfall, I managed to work in so many awesome places, I seriously made money while I was campaigning for an election for example (which I lost). So, it was a good year economically in the sense that I was tied to no one and made a decent amount of money.

However, it was a bad year because bitcoin didn't ended up going up like it showed promised to, back in April it started to go up and I thought we were going for a new all time high and price will continue soaring but it ended up losing 50% value.

Well, that is bitcoin for you isn't it, in the same year we are both 100% higher than we started the year but also 50% down from the peak.

2019 has passed and many bad things have happened to cryptocurrencies. Although everything has tried its best, it could not be better. including old altcoins or new projects that disappointed investors.

I was very disappointed in the cryptocurrency market for the past year. The results that I achieved were failures in investment. I'm still not selling out to wait for the magic this year.
