What do three year old immunization stats have to do with current stats?
"Almost 90 per cent of eligible Samoans have now been vaccinated with a two-day curfew lifted on Saturday."
"Data presented by health officials early this week during a cabinet meeting shows a 99.7 per cent vaccination rate for mumps, measles and rubella in the territory, officials said."

ELIGIBLE
it does not mean everyone.
do the friggin maths
people 20-50 are not eligable
its the people under 20 and over 50
again do the math
out of the ones not vaccinated.. they become eligible to be vaccinated
so again do the math if 75% had the jab thats only 25% that did not. so 3 years ago 25% percent of babies..
so again do the math if 34% had the jab thats 66% that did not. so 2 years ago 66% percent of babies..
it does not mean every single of all 200k samoans got vaccinated in a couple month period from november 2019-now
it means only a few thousands.. you know the eligible ones.. you know the ones not already vaccinated
meaning the numbers are lower.. very very low compared to your fictional belief that it was a every door knocked down and all 200k forced vaccinated in 2 month
wake up and smell the maths.
once you take a long whiff of the maths and ready suck it up into your system.
and actually let it pass through the blood brain barrier to actually reach your brain
then you can try contemplating the reality that with just a few thousands immunised
it was not some big military nazi invasion as you make it out to be
have a nice day
