Good question,,, most casinos already let use play with even 0 confirmations, but I would understand if you prefer to have 1. Even 2 confirmations is acceptable in case of the unlikely even someone tries to double spend,,, but 15 confirmations is at least 2 hours and these days more like 3 or 4.
