i do not agree with this. cryptocurrency is representing a value. if you offer a service online with gambling then this is gambling. if you gamble with usd or bitcoins or whatever you need to make sure it is legal.
if we are gambling with something that has value in money then its really gambling. and the bitcoins is till in a grey area and not recognized as real money (at least not yet) but why not just get the correct papers then it would make it better for your customers and for your reputation and you can extend it.
