Hi Folks,

Looking to setup an Antfarm using S1 and also S3....

I'm looking to power the S1 via a server psu for max efficiency.

I have seen a number of guides and methods just wondering what is the best for max number of units on OC settings.

UK Based voltages.

Everything will be rack based in trays and cabs.

Any help much appreciated

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

If you care about money, modified server PSUs. You'll still only just power 2 though.

If you care about time, get 2xCorsair 750CXs or 750Ms between three.

4 Ants per PSU.

Then they're not the common 1KW PSUs he would be able to get ahold of easily - that I was referring to.

Well the best PSU would be a 10kW power supply from a military aplication. Next to that is a 2kW server PSU. You will have trouble finding a server PSU over 1000W though.

in other words - your question makes no sense. Do the research, the information is posted dozens or hundreds of times in other threads

24" PCI-E cables with 16AWG wires and stripped ends - great for server PSU mods, best prices https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563461
No longer a wannabe - now an ASIC owner!
