There are indeed several text based / php based crypto pvp games but indeed nothing like this has ever been created.
Development of projects like these take years unlike php based games who can be finished in weeks, we started development of Satoshi Battles back in 2015.

PvP fees will most likely be 1% as pvp fees will also fund Satoshi hunting, the more PvP is done ingame the better your drops will be.

When Player A kills Player B then Player A will receive 99% of the wager.
1% goes to the game and will partially be used to fund Satoshi Hunting.

Satoshi Hunting is when players start hunting for Monsters, these monsters will drop Satoshi's or Health potions when killed.

Trading is done very safely, players have to request a trade, when the ither player acceptd the trade a window will open where they can select items or satoshi's that they want to trade.
After tou entered a Satoshi amount you will have to click confirm.
Once you clicked confirm the other player will be able to see the items and Satoshi's and after that both players can accept or decline the trade, once you confirmed your trade you will not be able to change it to avoid abuse or clever tricks.

There are also AFK market booths to sell your stuff by opening a shop/booth while you are AFK

It will depend on how they would gonna market this out but i cant deny that this game is good and the concept would be easily be understood by gamers specially for those who are fan on playing MMROPG and i do also watched the trailer and this is different from crypto games when it comes to graphics.

Yeahh this concept is prety cool I watched the trailer the design and graphic will surely bring more player to come and play this gambling site its look like the famous RPG but look like there some understandable in terms of fees maybe OP should clear it.

Yes it is free to play, you don't need to deposit to play.

Fees are normal when bitcoin is involved, we need to make profit some how and bitcoin costs fees to transfer from one wallet to the other.
Fees are impossible to avoid this count for every crypto project in the world.

However you can play for free without making any deposit, if you wish.

Yes there is a global item market economy, any skins or items you find or earn can be sold on the market for BTC
There are also AFK Market shops for players to setup.

If you are very cautious with apps, maybe try to create a virtual machine and then install it on that VM.
You can delete it anytime if you find it not useful for you.

I also think the same way. It is indeed not risky since you don't need to invest and the things that keeps people don't like is to download an application required to play the game. This might be considered as a suggestion for the op that the game should also be playable on a browser for those people who are not sure about downloading a file or an application to his/her device.

I also think the same way. It is indeed not risky since you don't need to invest and the things that keeps people don't like is to download an application required to play the game. This might be considered as a suggestion for the op that the game should also be playable on a browser for those people who are not sure about downloading a file or an application to his/her device.

This needs an application to be installed, browser won't support large running application specially when high definition graphics has a complicated running issues. Java games should be running on browser like chrome, but for this game it must be a stand alone software for the purpose of smooth Pvp game that earned few amount of Satoshi.

on another forum, i ve jump too and found u raise some investment on there which cover for 2 years CMIIW.
Such an opportunity why not expose it here too? Just asking casually anyway, but in my opinion, it could get some attention here too.

Our dedicated servers are top notch, if you experience lag it definitely won't be on our side.
Loot > other players = Bitcoin
Kill monsters = bitcoin
Finish quests, collect potion > other players = bitcoin
Finish quests, collect skins > other players = bitcoin

The in-game currencies are Satoshi's (BTC) and Activity Jewels, which are activity points that you get once an hour, you can trade these, you can exchange these for rewards at NPC's aswell.

We've added a few videos on discord by now.
The installer will be released at open beta date which will be either this week or the next.

The reason why i've chosen for HF is because the owner allowed us to do so, he usually does not with other projects and as you can see we already sold over 20% while we are only willing to sell of 30%
The reason why we haven't chosen Bitcointalk is simply because there isn't enough exposure in the project development section and i wasn't allowed to post it in the marketplace or Altcoin announcement channel, HF was our best choice.

It will remain PvP and PvE yes, dungeon will be added aswell at a later date.

I like the idea of hunting monsters and earning BTC. It sounds not that much like gambling, though, because a person does not need to risk any investments. But yeah, it's probably closest to gambling on this forum anyway. What made me sad is that one has to download a client onto a computer to try it out... I don't know, I guess I'm overcautious, but I never download apps or anything like that related to gambling and cryptos onto my devices. It just feels riskier than playing online. Will the open beta version allow to play on the website? I'd love to try out the game, but I'm not sure about downloading stuff... Good luck with the project anyway!

I also think the same way. It is indeed not risky since you don't need to invest and the things that keeps people don't like is to download an application required to play the game. This might be considered as a suggestion for the op that the game should also be playable on a browser for those people who are not sure about downloading a file or an application to his/her device.

This needs an application to be installed, browser won't support large running application specially when high definition graphics has a complicated running issues. Java games should be running on browser like chrome, but for this game it must be a stand alone software for the purpose of smooth Pvp game that earned few amount of Satoshi.

i think this is not about earning good amount of btc but the entertainment it will give to players while hunting for those satoshis. maybe later on, when they catch attention of many gamers, they will change some rules and do some changes so one can earn a decent amount of satoshis. remember there are many RPGs that a player are willing to spend money on instead of thinking that they will earn money from. so this time, they will earn a bit of satoshis while practicing their skills in the game.

Also if multiple client is allowed in a single pc using sandbox in case there's a party system and having a support slave to help kill monster in-game.

This would be huge for sure.I do check out that in-game interface and looks very good but I would like to make those Chinese characters to be on English.
I have seen Chinese characters when casting a skill but overall I cant wait to play this one.

By the way, same as questioned above on what would be the PC requirements for this one? I know this isn't that heavy
but for the purpose of information for other players as well who do like to play.

i dont see any info on the main post that every move has a fees, Since this is a real time game its impossible to charge every step made by your character.

About the map, they say there are some maps that you can only access by paying a fees. It could be a VIP dungeon where loots and monster give higher % compare to free members map. This is very common in other MMORPG.

PVP is more like a personal betting, We fight each other in agreed bet. If i win i take the whole pot of satoshis. while the site will get % on every winning bet.

Fees are unavoidable, instead of being frustrated just try to understand. unless the fees are high, but the OP reassured us that the fees in the game will be low. through fees will be a huge part of how their team will be able to earn a profit.

they can't it's probably part of the game feature where you can farm satoshis without doing PvP (which I think is great). also since the game is skill-based and doesn't rely on items I wouldn't worry about people getting too strong in the game which is one of the reasons I am looking forward to playing it.

Fees are indeed very low, up to 1% MAX and that will most likely not change at any point.
We only take fees on PvP kills, AFK shops and withdrawals.
Also certain premium maps with higher rewards require a small fee to enter which you can earn back in a single pvp kill and are optional.

There are free/risk free maps.
There are also premium maps which do have higher drop rates and higher pvp rewards therefore higher risks aswell based on each map.

The fees are very small, you earn those fees back in a single PvP kill.

There are no gears thst give you an advatange over other players, the game is fully skill based, NO pay2win of any kind.

The point of the game is not just hunting for satoshi's, no idea what you get that from but it's a PvP game, which is our main focus aswell and it's completely skill based, there won't ever be any items with better stats.
As for the "this isn't realy a pay to win game" statement, to be more specific, this isn't a pay2win game at all.

There is only 1 advantage in-game that you can obtain and those are Health potions which are obiously useful during PvP, how to get them? Go hunt & play or visit the marketplace and pay others who have hunted them, it's called an in-game economy.
Same counts for skins, want to look cool? Go finish quests, go PvP or visit the marketplace and buy a skin from someone else.

I really like the idea of a pvp battle game but man do I not like the idea of having to download and install a windows application on my machine. This just screams security concern in my mind and cheaters paradise. Why is this not browser based instead?

This game has real graphics and combat mechanics and requires a smooth gameplay, it is literally impossible to develop a game like this in a browser while maintaining a very smooth gameplay, this is not a simple php based game.

There is definitely grinding, and leveling isn't ruled out either, we will further develop the game overtime based on community wants and needs.
This is just an open beta release, not the final game.
Maybe we eventually add weapon levels or character levels, or maybe we even release a leveling server and a PvP server just like WoW did, this is just an open beta release.

Drop rates depend on the tier of the map you enter just like any other open world game works.

Health potions are most important during PvP, you can obtain different tiers of Health potions during hunting and questing.

We are using the Conquer III (C3) game engine which was developed and designed by TQ Digital Entertainment to finish the development of Conquer 2.0 after Conquer 1.0 which was about 12 years ago.
In 2014 when they were done milking Conquer 2.0 they released the Conquer III engine open source amongst a Chinese wiki on how to develop with the engine, they did this because they were finished with the development of the Conquer IIII (C4) engine for the Conquer 3.0 release.
Speculation amongst development communities regarding this game and engine is that they mainly done this to conquer and eliminate private servers.
We took the engine, which was limited in graphics and combat mechanics, to save time in the development and design process.

The game does not exactly look like conquer online.
Conquer online has way better graphics, they don't even use the same maps or monsters, mechanics are by far a lot better aswell, they have more heroes, character jumping is completely different, their GUI is completely different, different features and the gameplay can't be compared at all.
They released the engine without any license that forbids us from profitting off of the engine which is logic it is over a decade old, i believe about 14 years old to be exact and they allow CO2 private servers to exist aswell.

If we were just a private server then trust me, we would have gone with the fancy conquer 3.0 graphics, mechanics, maps and combat instead.

Telegram group is a recommended live chat in order to get updates on their game, and with that strategy I think it's an effective way of promoting this game in general. Even though no forum user can acquire daily information regarding the updates of the game.

Yes anyone can play for free, people can hunt, battle and trade for free without deposits.

I mean look at Bitcoin Core still version 0.19.0 after 11 years in development and still we are using it like normal. But learn from Bitcoin and from Bakkt. Bitcoin devs never say a date. I don't think bitcoin core being at version 0.19.0 means what you think it means. Bitcoin core has been following the version number format "0.xx.x" because it is most likely never going to reach version 1.0 in our life time.

We originally created this thread to find closed beta testers and to build up a community around this project which we succesfully did, if you do your research then you would have known that this is the route that most indie game projects follow (aside from simple php/text based gamble games).

Yes you can login and start hunting for satoshi's right away however you'll make more BTC by hunting and looting Potions and eventually other stuff and then simply sell those on the Market to other players for Satoshi's which you can also do AFK by opening a shop.

3/68 is clearly false positives everyone knows that.

The reason these false positives show up is simply because a few files and dlls are obfuscated/packed to protect codes from hackers and cheaters.
False positive results is a normal result of obfuscating files you can research that.

The only way we can resolve this is to go for a better, more private crypter.
We will do that for open beta.

However 3/68 is pretty good tho tbh, meaning that only a very few outdated/unkown AVs pickup on the obfuscating while the more known and more popular AVs exactly know whats up.

Compared to other similair RPG PVP game projects we are actually developing relaticely fast, we basically done the first 2 dungeons, pvp matching system, a lot of balancing, multiple bigger PvE quests and events, a lot of pvp balancing, a lot if bug fixing and a bunch more updates, just the past 4 days alone.

You should do your research into game development and should definitely not compare us with a simple gamble game, develolment just takes longer with RPG PVP games like these but we are very actively developing tho.

You act as if we aren't released and nobody is playing us and we are asking here for fundings or whatever, we have over 30+ investors (which is public information, feel free to contact each of them) and we had over 500 people playing our game the past 3 months and 250+ of them are in our discord group and we have multiple people logging in daily since open-beta release, playing for hours on end.
We've been tested if we we're mining in the background but our game is so extremely low spec that anyone can instantly see that we don't run any mining processes in the background.
Feel free to go more in depth into testing this we don't mind, simple because we've never used our game to mine, and we won't do so either, also even if we would why would we even try to hide it after it's being requested by our playerbase to do so.
Players asked us multiple times to mine so we could fund satoshi drops, they didn't mind at all, however we declined that idea instantly, we rather give up a cosmetic based source of income within the game to fund satoshi drops then that we would implement a background miner and pump the specs of our game up and ruin our reputation.

You are correct indeed, my english isn't perfect that is simply due to the fact that i'm from Europe (belgium to be exact) and english isn't my first language, however we already appointed someone to fix my grammar in regards of media posts and our website, i just never expected it would be needed but we found out that it is needed indeed, but due to how busy we are we just haven't given this user access to correct mistakes made by myself simply because i forgot, my main partner in this project is from australia tho however he's always occupied with development and i rather not bother him.

It's your right to not play Satoshi Battles due to safety reasons, i'm just informing you and everyone who reads this that it simply wouldn't make any sense for us to go down that path especially considering how long development have taken, this project has been our life for years.

I hope you do try us out in the future we would appreciate the time you'll spend in our project, whether it is on a VM or your own desktop, we don't care.

The team has changed a lot over the past 4 years, many developers quitting simply due to the development process taking too long for them and them underestimating it before getting started, also even now the team is still currently being formed, mostly in terms of support, moderators, marketing specialists, spokesman, video editors etc..

The partnership with GameCredits is at this point strategic, we simply exchange exposure on platforms, nothing else, mostly because their is no tech to adopt yet that could benefit us right now. However they are not a dead project, they have been working very hard in the background from what we've seen, the project is pretty innovative if they keep their promises in the short term and if so they have pretty unique releases coming up very soon.
If not then it will never become anything more then a strategic partnership based on project exposure (eg. discord group advertisement).

We've implemented a `Referral System` in Satoshi Battles!

You will receive 0.1% from all BTC Deposits that your referrers make!

Your Referral's only have to fill in your Character name upon first, second or third login - that's it!

Droprates of Gems, +Stones, Super items and Meteors is being slightly lowered today.

They will be lowered in 2 weeks again which will then be the final droprates.

Event Messages upon winning are fixed
Level rates are cut in half and will be cut in half again within 2 weeks which will then be the final level rates which would make the use of ExpPotions (double exp) a lot more important.
World bosses droprates are fixed to be less exploitable
Mount armors can't be dropped anymore this to avoid a mount armor duplication exploit, a solid fix will be implemented later.
Game/Player Masters (Owners and staff accounts) can't be attacked anymore.
