although the idea is good it doesn't mean you can copy their idea because they already work hard start their project
so if you think the idea is good why don't you just talk to their dev and ask him if you can work with him instead?

Copy paste someone else work or content without permission is called plagiarism. If this question were not raised then likely you would not accept it nor you had mentioned somewhere about these copy paste issue.
