I have always suggested people not to buy random coins because of a someone gave a "Call" that it will be pumped. The coin needs to have a certain project or utilization in the future. Or at least a roadmap which displays some use case for the coin. Otherwise there is no hope for it even if its listed on a big exchange.

That's right, and I've also seen events like you say, even though I don't know clearly that they were the work of the project team, but I'm sure they did it so that the traders could be lured by high prices.

If there is no volume even if its value si high it can still be called as shitcoins. There are a lot of altcoins that doesn't have volume, we should stay with that kind of altcoins because there is no opportunities there. There are traders who buying low volume coin because they though that it can easily pump, it is not like that they will regret their decisions in the near future. We shouls only buy altcoins that have high volume because it means that there are many traders who are willing to trade that coin.

In my opinion, you should only buy altcoins when everything is clear because trading volume is not a problem to decide the existence of that coin. In fact, before investing, you need to evaluate the potential of that project and find out why that coin could rise in value during this time. Personally, I always apply that when investing and will consider many times before making a decision.

There are many coins with high prices but if there are no investors, it is just shitcoin and you will face high risks if you invest.

I also experience situation like this. I hodl a token and then got surprised that the price takes a high positive increase, and when i see the volume it is very low. Now i just wanted to keep it and maybe in the near future there would be an enough volume for my good token price.

Could you tell me the name of that token? According to my experience, I just know DENT is the only project raised strongly after a long time it had a low volume at a high price. I remember that it lasted for a year, and just by rumour news about listing on a Korea Exchange made DENT token value raised so much. At least it has increased ten times the value of ICO. I remember roughly that.

Most of the time it's been created by developers or the exchange owners to attract investors since those people will check the coin inside CMC and they've going to oversee that the value of such project are moving good not realizing that there's no real buyers. There's a need of extra research and be sure that you fully understand the coin before you invest your money to avoid losing inside this kind of manipulated market.

You are right that it needs to be on demands and also they need product so it will gain more demand, without product the project is useless, without product it is not possible to run and without product we can not actually call it a great project. without that important thing in a project we can not guarantee that we can gain profit in time will come.

it's reasonable to speculate, but if altseason reappears, I think most of the project's official accounts on Twitter and the telegram channel will be active again and start doing some tricks with more beautiful packaging for their communities, many tokens are currently deliberately delaying development and just waiting, logically the developers have the most supply and they also want to benefit in their long-term projects.

Most times you find high prices and no volume in exchanges like latoken, p2pb2b. Good projects with real use case will never go to such exchanges . So it is only advisable to buy coins with real use case not coins that will be manipulated just to attract investors.

An investors should only choose coin with high potential not low and that’s why most important thing in an investment is research but it you mistakenly invest in low volume coin try to sell it but even for it you must find good time as selling at panic is worst choice all the time. Price matters a lot so if you find price is getting high prefer selling with good market value and invest in high potential coins.

High price but with no volume possibly means that they don't have much supply. And they are stuck because no one is willing to buy their token and that's a very hard part for them. It's hard to attract investors if there is no longer a good volume for a coin and it is a sign that coin is about to die soon.

Maybe that coin is already dead by now, or someone hoard to much number of units of that. But I think it is already because it is deas by now. Whether the coin is still circulating even it has a low price , you may see the volume on it, it strange that your coin has no volume in the market, sooner or later I think it will be delisted tol in the market.

This is more like a classic trick that they do back in the past years in new token in a certain exchanger you could easily to this low volume transactions so that the token is going to get a high price in the market but not really because you cannot sell the token if it doesn't have a great volume so it was just a fake market to make it look like the token market price is increasing.

I agree with you. Many coins are no longer active and that makes investors often face a lot of risks in investing. At this point should only choose to invest in coins in the top 10 CMC because these are coins with very good growth and you absolutely can make a profit if held long term.

Also, in my current portfolio there are a lot of new altcoins because I believe that these coins can help me earn double profits in a short amount of time.
