Got my SP30 today.  Very fast delivery

I must say these are the luxury line of BTC miners currently available. Top notch engineering!

Fast delivery? Maybe for you. My miner was "theoretically" shipped on Wed and is scheduled to be delivered in a week (by Wed, Sept 3).
Sigh.

Where you guys host these things?
It is getting ugly on the hosting thread and it looks like hosting is a tough business.

Guy

how/when do you suggest i ship it back if i leave on Sunday?

NOT that i hold you responsible for DHL's company practices - i hope that is clear.

i have exchanged 8 emails with DHL who insist i pay 'overtime' fees despite it being a regular weekday (here) IF i wish to receive delivery on MONDAY

they will not allow me to pick up myself - i presume that would negate their extortionate 'overtime' fee

Hey Guy -- received my tracking number today, thank you

I have 2 outstanding questions regarding the compensation email I sent to sales earlier this week that I'll repeat here:

1) Since I paid in BTC, can you refund in BTC rather than bank wire?
2) Is the coupon transferable?

The coupon is transferable (poor Katya ...)

One thing is certainly not up for debate.  These machines make the little boys up in Sweden look like silly little girls.  There is no way in hell anyone would ever buy KnC 'over engineered' if they looked for one minute at Spondoolies kit.  Nope.

Zvi, Guy

I've got a little problem.  On two machines a power supply LED at the rear near the plug started blinking Orange.  The hashing went to zero.  From the UI, I tried reboot.  Other stuff.  Nothing worked.  Then I did a power cycle.  The machine instantly came back up.

Any idea what is causing that?  I am on 220V.  Everything else seems fine.

I know these blinking leds from our webhosting datacenter. Normany it means a dead PSU. The SP30 PSUs are running at their limits...? Maybe it can be a faster death for some of them? Pls keep us informed!

So as the weekend is here, I guess it's safe to say that my GB unit will not ship in august after all, as repeatedly reassured. Not that a few extra days really matter, but it is a bit disappointing. ST's word have lost a bit of credibility as far as I'm concerned.

All the remaining non Titan hosted GB orders were shipped today,
If you don't get an email from Katya within few hours, emails sales@ to check status.

We're producing in the weekend to complete August batch (non GB and Titan)

Titan hosted GB units will be hosted in Israel DC first (Sunday) and then during mid September will be hot swapped to Titan with zero or minimal (few hours) down time.
You'll get an email from Katya for pool / wallet information.

I'm traveling for a week on Saturday, with limited Internet availability.
Please behave.
