I purchased 0.01770000 BTC through Coinhako on Aug 22, 2017.

Right now my wallet balance is showing 0.00670000 BTC.

I have never sold any of my Bitcoin. Why is it less than before? Did it get hacked?

....................................................................

Solved Guys! I remember that I used 0.011 BTC to pay somebody. It was the only time I ever used Bitcoin to make a minor payment and I forgotten about it.

All is good now! Thanks for the tip of checking my wallet history.

You can check every transactions that have made on your wallter through this link.

https://www.blockchain.com/explorer

As long as you know the wallet address, you will know of there are movements on your wallet. If there is movement and you are not the one doing it. I gues your wallet was compromised. Hackers can easily get your money to be able to solve that. Create a new wallet and transfer the remaining BTC and forget about your old wallet.

How can I check my wallet address? I don't remember generating any wallet address.

And my wallet trade history shows only one buy order which I made. There have been no other trades shown.

if this was a hack, the hacker wouldn't have left anything in your address.
for us to be able to figure out what happened here you must include two things:
1. the wallet name you are using (is it a web wallet, custodial, desktop...?)
your problem sounds more like using a custodial wallet to me, a wallet where you don't control the keys.

2. was 0.01770000 transferred in one transaction to one address or was it bought in multiple occasions with more than one tx?

There is a FOMO brewing...

I was not much familiar with coinhako until now. Just had a look and it seems they are an online exchange and they give you their own wallet. And if I am correct about coinhako and if your coins are still in coinhako then you need to contact their customer service.

And if I assume that you moved the BTC from coinhako to your own wallet then they must have a withdrawal history. Check the withdrawal history. Check the amount of the BTC you sent and the amount you received to the address you sent from coinhako.

Edit:
How can I check my wallet address? I don't remember generating any wallet address.

And my wallet trade history shows only one buy order which I made. There have been no other trades shown.
Seems like you funds are in your coinhako account? In this case you need to contact their customer service.

You can check every transactions that have made on your wallter through this link.

https://www.blockchain.com/explorer

If you haven't transferred then somebody else have transferred that. But if its hacked then why hacker left few and not transferred all the coins ? Check on above reference link and you will get to when they were transferred. You will not get to know who has transferred .

I am using Coinhako Wallet.

This is a screenshot of my coinhako wallet trade history:
https://snipboard.io/8WJtMG.jpg

This is a screenshot of the current bitcoin balance:
https://snipboard.io/rYuNoO.jpg

As you can see, there is a discrepancy between how much bitcoin I bought and how much bitcoin there is left in the coinhako wallet.

I am using Coinhako Wallet.

¬snip¬

As you can see, there is a discrepancy between how much bitcoin I bought and how much bitcoin there is left in the coinhako wallet.

In this case someone familiar with coinhako environment can help you or as I said before, please contact their customer support.

A random thought: Are you sure that you have bought the BTC? On the top I see
Total value: SGD 75.43
Coinhako wallet SGD 75.43

https://i.imgur.com/RbW7X8Q.png

It does not say Coinhako wallet BTC 0.xxx

Back in 2017 when you were going to buy the BTC the price was 5593.xx
And now the price is 11,132.xx

If you have not bought the BTC then it is showing the value against SGD and since the price gone up, you are seeing less btc amount (if I am making sense of course).

Edit: Can you check your Wallet history instead of Trade history?

ok, lets get one thing clear. this is NOT your bitcoin "wallet". it is a simple account that you have on a website that owes you bitcoin in their database.

as Royse777 said, someone familiar with this website can help you as it is not a "bitcoin related problem".
have you checked your wallet tab? maybe your balance there is correct. this seems to me like the amount of bitcoin you can use to convert to SGD and maybe there isn't enough orders of that to fill the entire 0.01770000

There is a FOMO brewing...

First and foremost, are you really sure you  purchased such amount of bitcoin?  Because if your wallet was hacked, you will not have any bitcoin in your wallet.  Its either you didn't really check the amount of bitcoin you purchased  or you are spent the lose amount you claim and assume is stolen... Because the bitcoin can't just reduce or vanish in your wallet..

I would say if this is not a bug on the website.

This is probably a scam I've seen a lot of complained from the websites like Scam Alerts and security issues that have similar issues like yours online probably your one of the victims too. Also, I think the best thing to do is to ask the support if they do not help you there is no doubt that it is a scam website. I think it is better for you to change to a more trusted and secured bitcoin wallet that is already popular.

Here is a screenshot of my wallet history:
https://snipboard.io/30MzjX.jpg

It shows 2017-08-22, 05:07 Send BTC 0.011 Completed

Here is a screenshot of the Blockchain explorer results of the wallet address:
https://snipboard.io/NVsSeT.jpg

It shows 55 transactions with some of them taking place in 2019.

I don't understand what those mean.

All I know is I bought bitcoin in 2017 once, and now when I am interested in Bitcoin again and I logged into my account, I am confused with what I find in terms of the information.

I trade stocks on Saxo Markets and I understand the data there. I am still not used to this Bitcoin thing.
