When you find an untouched unclaimed good looking domain, it is probaby a shit domain and a noob trap. I fell for those a few times too.  

And I am still not really an expert when valuing domains.

Just sell it for whatever you can get. Anything above $10 is probably a good deal. Start from $10k :d the world is full rich and dumb people maybe it is your turn to get lucky.

There is nothing catch or good about a domain name that lacks ideas. You can just hold it if someone will be interested to buy the domain from you. In the real world scenario, you must have a plan and strategies that are already been executed before looking for a domain to host not vice-versa

Honestly, it's not the domain name that matters, but the content that are into it, that matter the most, we have a saying content is king, and you can easily rank not because of the domain but the brand or the content you are carrying, so if you want an idea, give a content that you are acquainted too if you are a trader then, post all your trading experiences, any content that you can give your readers values.

I don't think it's catchy enough, it doesn't say anything on the domain name, it's just your assumption, I'd like to see a Bitcoin name on the domain instead, which is very hard to get now, because majority of the Bitcoin domain now are bought by whales in domain selling, it's not actually the name but on how useful your content is going to be for all the members here.

If that so I don't think devs and other people would come lining up on what you are offering since there is no one stopping them on creating and thinking their own domain name. You must also provide something else besides that as obviously you must need funds and other skills to begin a project as big as an exchanges. Common men it doesn't sounds good here since it's sound pathetic especially for looking a partners for just a domain name? If you need a money better sold that one sin e there's no people will pour you their money for just the next big thing word there. If you really confident on your ideas then go search for fundings and make your idea could me to reality without asking for any financial help.

All I saw was coin then I saw some letters A - N - C

At first I thought it was meant to be A - N - D to which I thought coin - and - what exactly? I wondered what the and something is supposed to be.

Then I thought the N might be short for AND as in fish-'n'-chips.

That then made the domain look like coin A and C.

Then it became "What happened to B?" as in A - B - C...

Like everyone else said concept first, domain second.

There's a thread of Dilbert where the plan was developed, name and logo made only thing left was the domain name which the evil-cat had gone out and registered, so it had to receive all the royalties on the product.

(The ANC by the way is the African National Congress and I doubt they'd want to be associated with your coin project)

I agree. You don't even want to know the amount of money I've dumped on "holding" good domain names which I thought were good. They're decent names, but the chances of someone coming along and purchasing the domain for anything about $50 is slim to none.

Like most have said, pick a project, find a partner (if you wish) - try to outsource most of it and you could actually come up w/ some use for the name w/ minimal effort.

For example, you could make a blog / news site for Bitcoin as others have mentioned & outsource some of the content creation.

It's not really the domain but the content that counts, the domain name will just tell what is on the website before they visit it, although a domain name with a keyword on it is a good advantage, it's still the keywords and the contents hat matters the most, when t comes to rank in the search engine, go what is comfortable in you, or what interest you.

I don't know why but personally I don't find that domain attractive. If you look it to be catchy, then what about to try sedo domain parking?
At first I just misread it as coinance and then when I was looking for posts, saw that mk4 had suggested the same. But seems coinance.com was registered in 2013 and is still active, somehow website doesn't exist. If they had any business, then idea of sedo domain parking would be amazing for you but still there is website coinance.app
