I'm pretty sure majority have already heart of it and that it's already a household name.

That might be true, but I can almost guarantee you that even though the majority of people might have heard of it, most aren't aware of what it really is.  I've met people in real life who basically know what bitcoin is, but they didn't know what something as basic as a wallet is or of the decentralized nature of bitcoin--which IMO is why it's so unique and important in the first place.  Such people also tend to connect bitcoin with drugs, money laundering, and terrorism too, based on media coverage of whatever busts made the news.  The more positive coverage that makes the press, the better. 

I generally like it when bitcoin gets coverage because it's in a bull market, as in 2013 and 2017 and not because it can be used for criminal activities.  That's a bit unfair IMO, since fiat gets used way more for the same stuff and yet a lot of people don't think too hard about what they're hearing on the news.  Not all media reporting on bitcoin is good, and I wouldn't consider every mention of it to be "free advertising" by any means.

This is the kind of opportunity that we haven't have in our country. Cryptocurrency news aren't discussed very well in the local news, and government is quite neutral about it. With the less news appearance of bitcoin and cryptocurrency, it isn't attracting most of the locals, though, I believe social media and internet news is the factor why we still have a growing number of cryptocurrency enthusiast.

If ever country will have a news portal of cryptocurrency, it would be better if they don't just focus on bitcoin, but also to tackle crypto holistically.

talk about the development of crypto and bitcoin is very rare in my country, regulations do not yet exist and it makes only a few television stations in my country not much raised the topic of this conversation. maybe pay TV will often be found, maybe because I don't spend so much time with television I don't know much about it

Trump has tweeted something regarding Bitcoin already and that is free advertising already even though it's impact is negative, at least some of his followers have an idea of what Bitcoin is. Anyway, broadcasting it on a national TV is considered good since many are watching every day. More and more people will be curious about it and try to do some research on it.

This is a good advertisement of Bitcoin but I hope that it will be a successful one.

But let us just hope that must not take the information for granted. It is already a big opportunity though waiting for them to pick up.

Talking about criminal activities, I just remembered back then when I first encountered the term Bitcoin. I was browsing facebook, scrolling down my feed and then have read about Deep Web stuff having this kind of unlawful activities, and would be paid using only Bitcoin as their medium.

As for being non-crypto enthusiast back then, I just got a bad impression to bitcoin, I was afraid to take an initiation when a friend of mine introduced to crypto space 'cause of having bad impression to Bitcoin itself. So it just proves that when bitcoin be advertised in not a good way will leave bad impression to audiences that will lead to an avoidance.

In order to destroy the negative perspective of others against the cryptocurrency I think it needs more people who will discuss cryptocurrencies into the public and take note that not just an ordinary people but an artist or any famous personality to persuade the people that cryptocurrencies are not only for illegal transactions but it has good effects and benefits for us coz admit it or not most of us are follows what we see in the television or social media most especially when it is in demand.

I think this is normal, not advertising because this is a news channel and they often have to post hot things in any field. Yes, we cannot conquer the world easily and quickly. But we should not stop exerting effort and talking about it, promoting it, using it, and buying it. We have in front of us a system that is deeply rooted in our society and a real Goliath. But it does not mean we will not try making things better just because the status quo is strong. If bitcoin is a scam in your country, then how come media talk about bitcoin everyday? We all know that mass media is the most powerful influential thing aside from internet, and once it states bitcoin, I am pretty sure it will affect the mindset of the people watching. Though, in our country, even without mass media broadcasting about bitcoin, people already have knowledge about it because of the internet. Which I consider more to provide free advertising rather than mass media.

People that tie up bitcoin with drugs and terrorism are bornally foolish people who arent doing that well on life and have never invested before. These are the people who prefer to work a 9-5 job and passive income is like a myth to them. They show their arrogance by showing how little they know about drugs and the black market. I've never in my life heard of a drug dealer taking bitcoin. Those online vendors are specialists and a very very very tiny amount of drug users order from them. The fiat is dirty and covered in drug residue apparently so.... Good for you, on mine bitcoin is being slept on by everybody even the local media. Though big names and investors I suppose caught wind of bitcoin and are probably investing on it as we speak. Regardless, this still shows how bitcoin became rampant in just a matter of time, you can say this is good advertisement, but we people who have stuck with bitcoin for a long time know better that this could cause another dump. As people who are interested with bitcoin because they thought it's another get rich scheme don't see any big gains on their money.

The government would never want the bitcoin wallet to be publicly used As they always have to implement laws on us and keep check!

I heard it on tv a year ago and mostly I seen it online. I think its really starting to reach the individuals but mostly through hear-says. There are financial institutions talk about it as well and some tv programs reported it on financial magazines and market or trading discussions. There is some TV commercial that is advertising bitcoin but I don't remember what commercial it is but one I am pretty sure it is related to the cryptocurrency. It is getting good that there are some tv advertisement is happening in some country because of this advertisement, the people are getting more curious on what cryptocurrency really is and by their curiosity they will be able to try it and explore the cryptocurrency as their new hobby for them to earn more. This probably the good effect of advertising cryptocurrency to the television commercials.
Banning crypto related commercials can really do by the government if the contains is just to harm people, that would be the one that the government will avoid.

People will question what it is and try to research more about it until they dug deeper. 

According to me this is a stage at least people should get to hear bitcoins or cryptocurrencies. It’s possible when we spread it using a social media so that at least with no second thought in their mind they'll search what exactly cryptocurrencies are. Not at the very first initial stage they'll invest but at least try to get how to start and what exactly it consists of. They'll generate an interest once they read it and once they are familiar with it they might start developing their career as a crypto enthusiast and it would also land them up in profits if they have the ability to make immense efforts and understand about cryptocurrencies more deeply.

This would grow the cryptocurrency markets to next level and we could also see huge rise in the markets if the demand rises as per we saw in the bull markets which arrived in the mid 2017.

There should be shows and conferences discussing about bitcoins. This will attract more people towards cryptocurrencies and perhaps might even influence those peoples to start their career into the era of cryptocurrencies. People will get interest to know more about bitcoins out of which they'll even start investing which will lead bitcoins to the next upper level. There should be sessions and advertisements free of cost for the ones especially who are not in cryptos yet.

Curiosity will be generated amongst people which will be resulting people into bitcoins. This would also help the peoples who newly join into the cryptocurrencies to start earning a passive source of income. Most of the peoples should know about cryptocurrencies so that we can create an immense demand and it would indirectly hike the price for cryptos.
