I think buying anonymous cryptocurrencies is not safe. Easy to deceive each other. But if you prefer you can choose anonymous cryptocurrencies to buy. For example: Monero _ this is a completely anonymous currency. It is absolutely private, no one can see the amount of money traded between the parties. Or you can buy Zcash or Pivx.

The most of services sell or buy bitcoin has procedure KYC, Im not sure you could buy without do some verification. Here my suggest if you want to get more way : virwox or coinimal with paypal method. Coinbase with  credit cards method.

Since you said "as anonymously as possible" you can look for a payment method that you're satisfied with in BISQ or in forums like this one, here's the board for that: Currency exchange. Imo F2F trade is probably still the best you can get as it has the least trace although I find it risky for huge amounts. In any case, mixing coins would be a nice finishing touch after the trade.

I've bought a bitcoin voucher once with my phone's balance but their vouchers didn't last very long. I was only able to get them because their reseller is one of the biggest mobile network providers here in our country. Also expect the rates on vouchers to be worse than exchanges.

It's safe if there's escrow, I guess the reason why OP wants to buy it anonymously because he probably doesn't want to go through KYC. One problem with buying cryptocurrencies anonymously is that you might have to spend a lot on fees.

Any online payment method is not anonymously, because your PP or Bankaccount or whatever online payment you use,
is locked to your name.
If you want real anonymously, you have to use an offline payment method like cash.
Some BTC-ATMs dont require KyC.

Maybe you are already happy with an anonymous platform where you dont need to make kyc verification.
All big exchanges where you can trade with fiat, require now KyC.
So you should use Peer2Peer platforms that dont require KyC like

Well you can also trade here on Bitcointalk forum, but here the percentage of scammers is very high, so only do with escrow and be careful.

Anyway, as Creditcard payments are extremely easy reversible, to do this anonymously will be difficult...its already rare to buy crypto with vcc AND KyC.
Well, you always can purchase Giftcards and sell them for BTC, but the fees will be high...

This forum offers complete anonymity. You can always use this forum to buy crypto.

If you intend to buy Bitcoin, you can post in this same section how much you want to buy, what form of payment will you offer, and your interest to use escrow. The last one is needed considering your low level account. Good luck.

In my opinion BTC ATM is one of the better options when it comes to anonymity. The whole process is quick and easy.
You must look for the fee before you buy, because some atms have 5% and others have 10% (at least in my experience). And I believe that if an atm has KYC it just destroys the whole purpose of it.

You do not understand what the op means by buying anonymously using VCC. The VCC is an acronym for virtual credit cards. A very common online generated card that can be used for payment online. Most merchants don't normally accept the VCC due to the issue of fraud and it is generally believed many of the sources of the vcc's are from the dark web except some few ones which are being issued by the merchants that provide a gift card. I have used vcc directly before but it belongs to a gift card company called tango card.  Apart from some vcc that are stolen, many of the vcc from the gift cards have so many ways of redeeming them and most time they are convertible directly to crypto without need to look for any crypto exchange platform that accepts vcc. You can also google search for crypto exchange platform that accepts vcc but it is very unlikely you find many of them because many of high reputable ones do not accept credit card directly not to talk of vcc.
