I think those of us (myself included) who have applied but not been accepted are technically still under consideration for the final two spots... but they are also waiting for some more applications before a final decision is reached. So no need for us to apply again (although please correct me if this is wrong).

Merit abusers can stay at top of the second list (recent merit) shortly but they can not stay on the first list (all-time). It makes sense.

I appear in the first list only and honestly it is a big challenge to appear in the second list (I only have been in the second list a few times).

I admire the desire for adapting the signature campaign to the forum needs. Not many services tent do do it.
You made some good changes like keeping the minimum required posts to 10 and paying per post which just reduced the HQ spam which gives you a better reputation.

I don't want to be pushed to post just because I'm missing 4-5 post. Ideally the signature campaigns shouldn't change the posting behavior of the participants, but this of course is almost impossible as many users are here just for the $.
Anyway, you can make it a bit more flexible if you want. Like the participant can choose to wear avatar or not, many people prefer to keep their own avatars and have only signatures on for reduced reward of course.

Sometimes you see participants from the same campaign in a discussion and it's a wall of all the same avatars and signatures and for my opinion it doesn't look very attractive, but again this is just my opinion.

The content of the posts should be more important than the number of the posts. Of course, every service wants a better exposure but the practice have shown that those who hire posters just to reach the weekly quota are not taken very seriously. So you are heading towards the right decision.

The CM campaign has put the bar very high but it's a good example how a sig. campaign can be successful in a long run.

She probably did not have enough activity to apply, at least that is my presumtion. See she has 241 activity and most likely she just got it and became Senior member. No that it excuses late entry, but I kinda understand why this could've happened, so it should be taken as a factor. I feel for her

Yes, that's right, I was promoted to Senior member on September 17 and I immediately applied for a bounty Signature. And in this list, BestChange Campaign in the status is open ..
