According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Hi,

In the Digibyte-scrypt pool, you show orphaned blocks but yet you fail to actually show the orphaned block any where on the web page. Maybe a change to show what blocks got orphaned?
Just a thought.
Great pool by the way.
Any thoughts on merged mining?

Cheers!

Hmm , I would avoid this pool, last time they have left and close all social media, Twitter, discord etc...  I doubt that they did return all coins to customers...
And we all know what happened...
right ?

So you have been warned.
Check Discord and other social media before using this POOL...

probably a SCAM!

Hey thanks for getting in touch, yes pool closed down for a week whilst we rebuilt it from scratch to avoid all the DDOS attacks we have been subjected to and been dealing with for 5+ weeks but I guess you didn't know that or anything else going on and just want to spread fud. We could spend 2+ days just explaining everything like broken record despite publishing everything that was going on, it's like scroll up, check our announcements, check our social feeds and people message you and ask what is right in front of them. A lot of people knew what was happening and going on.

And yes everyone did get paid, we especially left our server up and payment pages so you could check. We turned off stratums to stop new blocks being found to ensure this. No one else has complained about not getting paid or loosing anything? If you need help all you need to do is ask? Have you checked block explorer? Have you synced your wallet? What is it you lost? What is your wallet address? If you can provide some information we can help you but if you want to spread fud I don't think there is much we can do to assist. You have no idea who we are and what we do each day or our good intentions or how much we spend making things good. We are not a crappy copy and paste pool (yiimp) that is like every other pool we do things differently and we know how to run pools and have been part of lots of projects and have loads of experience.

So here's what your saying:

Avoid this pool last time they left (first time ever we had to close down due to 5+ weeks of attacks from all over the place so we could rebuild and also deal with a host of other issues. Running this solo was hard now we have another pool op.)

Close down social media - when you get over 2500+ people dm'ing you every day 24/7 and you are not sleeping or eating, having home trouble and trying to keep everything running for everyone and thinking of others in front of yourself yea... You didn't see all the hate when we were up and running doing everything above board and didn't have to deal with any of it. Running a pool is a busy job and we take it seriously, sadly the only option we had was to close temporarily. I also had health issues from all this stress and didnt want to die and leave my son alone in the world so there is much more at play.

I doubt they did return all coins to customers - Do you know that for a fact? Who is missing what please get in touch with some facts so we can investigate and check, if something is missing we always get it paid even if from our own funds, but this doesnt happen as our systems work and are automated. People seem to think everyone is out there to screw them over and think its their right to ruin others when they have no insight or understanding.

We all know what happened right? No tell me please I would love to know?

And what discord and social media posts? Please share do tell would love to know what you are talking about?

Probably a scam - A an awful lot of speculation again with no backing, what kind of scam? How did we scam anyone? If you can elaborate that would be great otherwise got no time for time wasters.

So cutting through your message it sounds like you were an LCCMINX miner on launch day which also happened to be the day we closed services down due to all the RVL attacks and what not, you thought you would put 2 +2 together but your getting the wrong answer and instead of detailing anything actually important anyone could validate or otherwise use you just post this and other social media posts.

If anyone is missing anything or has any facts to back up any of the above please get in touch as it is our policy to make sure you get paid for any confirmed balances from network confirmed blocks. Please check out our terms of service and our faq's and anything else get in touch.

If anyone needs support our official discord is here where all pool support is handled: https://discord.gg/cc5hB3shDX we have mods and a new pool op as well.

Thanks!

Kind Regards,

Yea we closed it down as the developers didn't do anything to resolve any of the stability issues or underlying coins from previous chain carried over.

Hey there,

You can check any blocks mined by using a block explorer and watching our pool wallet address. You can find this from a previous transaction from a payment etc. This way you can compare what we show as valids and compare to explorer, if you see a block that has been mined and is on explorer and not on our pool get in touch but you shouldn't as it's working well Smiley

We have an extra 15 payment window protection system so if a block fails validation we check it another 15 times to be sure before orphaning etc. Most pools will just fail blocks on first check and in some instances end up failing blocks that have just been found as they don't have any positive confirms. We also try and keep our pool and DB light so this is another reason we don't retain anything that has failed other than counts, we do however have failures logged in our backend discord and in our logging so we can trace where required.

Thanks very much we are trying to constantly improve where we can, a lot of times it is backend automation as focus is on giving reliable connection and best service we can over front end but we are always thinking how we could improve things there too. We have hmmmed and arrgh'd about merged mining but for now we are just keeping mining vanilla for each coin.

Thanks!

Hi there,

Thanks for mining with us and for getting in touch, for any support please use our Discord server here: https://discord.gg/cc5hB3shDX

It looks like you were mining bitcoin and no bitcoin has been found, we are a PROP pool not a PPS pool so payments will have gone out until a block has been found as that's where the coins come from. We have checked the pool and all is working well.

Please read our FAQ's page on our website here for understanding how our system works: https://coinminerz.com/faqs

Our website can also be auto translated to French using the Tools menu and the google translate feature whilst maintaining the sites layout and appearence.

Anything else at all look forward to seeing you on Discord.

Thanks!
