9k is a psychological resistance rather than a real one. The real resistance is at 9400$, which is strong resistance, the market trend is still bullish and we may see 9k touching soon but breaking it and staying above will be harder. As halving is near we may see good volume and uptrend for BTC in 2020.

Touching 9k or even a bit higher is easily a possibility at this point, but it is very doubtful the price could stay at this level. It will be tremendous selling pressure even at 9k. People are pissing their pants at thought of selling @10k. It is too soon for another bull run and we can also see that altcoins are unable to push through now which says people were only waiting to dump now and bulls are not there anymore.

Well 2020 started quite well and I think I can feel an air of "positivity" that we haven't seen in a while in the crypto sphere. Imo, yes we will touch 9 and probably 10k by the end of the month and hopefully 2020 will be a might fine year for cryptos! I doubt we will see an ath this year but it definitely is gonna be a stepping stone for an amazing 2021!

We are still in the mid January, there is always time to sell which makes the price of BTC to drop for awhile. Its not dropping like its plummeting to the ground though, they are still accumulating and will probably buy more to push the price higher before the start of Feb. Its tough climb but I think the bulls are winning.

It can touch $9000 tomorrow. That is only 5% growth. We saw Bitcoin grow 20% a day in past.   I dont know the price of Bitcoin at end of January. But I am sure we will see a pump before May. Before that we can go to $6000. After that pump price of Bitcoin will be at around a bit higher as it is now.

There seems to be still significant resistance at that price level.

It's certainly realistic to expect that resistance to be breached very soon, given the fact that the overall trend of the market is still quite bullish and sentiment hasn't deteriorated one bit (in fact, it has been improving substantially).

It should be a matter of time. Whether or not it can occur before the end of January begs a different question that is very hard to answer, because with all the pumps that we've seen earlier on in the month, it could very possible and wise to expect a larger scale correction soon before the next rally.

If only $ 9k is not too difficult to achieve in the near future but we don't know it will happen at the end of the month or the beginning of the month, the price reduction is also not too much and in my opinion it's a very reasonable thing in crypto and I also really hope if it increases significantly

The price may have a going down trend right now, but I was thinking the possibility that $9k might be reached for the last weeks of January. The rising attempt will be seen on the previous markdowns, which constitutes with resistance that's pulling down btc value. As of this time, only Bitcoin has performed very well and in fact this is showing green indications on my blockfolio.

The down trend only lasted for a day and now it's starting to rise again, I think if it continues like this BTC can touch $ 10K or more at the end of the month

uhh, idk man haha, i think we might see some profit-taking now, but time will tell
alot of the pumps were from smallcap or scam coins, so i dont really trust them as meaning much, SV for example

We have still 2 weeks to see if the bitcoin going to reach $9000 but for now Im very happy for what the bitcoin already achieve because of the price now of 8700 so it easy to pump what op wants to see the price in the end of January 2020 but Im expecting because the movement of the bitcoin is realy good so I want $10,000 in the end not $9k.

i think most of us are looking forward on this price because this will prove that market can grow again before halving like what we had in the past.
but of course no one assures us because for week now we are not getting any chance though there are many trials to break the $9,000 value of Bitcoin.but dont lose hope guys because we are weeks far from next month so there might be changes in days to come but also be ready in case the price Dumps because i have read a article that there might be a lowering to below $5,000 before halving.

This year started with a good growth for bitcoin so I think we can achieve $9k by the end of january since the price is now ranging to $8700+, just few dollars away to reach $9k.

But again anything is possible to happen we dont know if this growth that we currently see will last long and be consistent or just another minor pump that can switch to downtrend.

Nevertheless we are just in first quarter so many things can happen for this year, hence be optimistic and look forward for the future price.

I think January which still have 13-14 days from i post this, have possibility to reach 9k. And for this year, full year i will wait and maybe bitcoin price can reach at least $15000, there are no analysis only what price that i wait for this year.

Well we are practically near that right now so it seems the Asian giant traders are keen on leaving a good Friday for the Europeans to take over,,, but I do not know like you if we can sustain this. Seems like price has trumped all technical expectations right now at everyone will be selling as you say to book the profits when they bought below 8k.
