Stance on bitcoin's effect towards the Global Economy

I really hope one day there is a bitcoin (or any crypto) network all around the world connected to each other, I know it is impossible for one company to allow bitcoin to fiat conversion all around the world but I still hope that companies all around the world who have amazing connections of fiat/btc pair of their own nation get together and make sure people could transfer from anywhere to anywhere from fiat to btc and vice versa by not being one company for all nations (which sounds impossible but I wouldn't know) but at least many companies all connected together with partnership (which is better possibility).

I really think that is possible, all we need is bunch of companies in different nations just partnering with each other on deals like that.
