I can't leave feedback on accounts anymore, what could be the cause? (Resolved)

Tried leaving some feedback yesterday but I wasn't allowed to submit my feedback, tried severally on different occasions but got the same result. Thought it was my network misbehaving again so decide to try the next day (which is today) but still I'm getting the same result. I encountered this issue after selecting the type of feedback I intend leaving, posted link to reference link then started typing the comment, immediately the submit button becomes invincible making it impossible to submit the feedback.

Anyone experiencing same issue and what could probably be the cause and solution?

Are you by any chance using Chrome browser mobile?
For some reason the submit button disappears after you write some feedback... try changing the page orientation from portrait to landscape when leaving feedback or you can use other mobile  browsers like Firefox.

I think it is because you are using Chrome on the Lite mode. Try doing it in another browser it would work.

I think you used mobile phone aren't you?
Web displays between mobile phone and pc are different, its because the size screens or unresponsive browser.
For some reason, mobile phone displays not as complete as pc displays.
There are many ways to fix it :
1. Using other browser
2. Change the resolutions from potrait to landscape
3. Rezise font to bit smaller
4. Change to web desktop

Strange, it works on my end. Tested it on my iPad without any issues.

@OP - Even I tried on both PC and Mobile Chrome and Firefox browsers, it is working fine for me. Maybe you have not upgraded the version of your browser. Try to update and check again.
