I registered on this exchange (https://cieloex.io/index) in may 2019, and then the minimum withdrawal amount was 0.5 ETH. It is now 4 ETH. I have not met other exchanges with such a large minimum for withdrawal.
I have a question: did anyone withdraw ETH or other cryptocurrency from here? How long does it take? Are there any pitfalls when withdraw?

I have never heard of this exchange let alone use it, do you have funds there, you should avoid new or foreign exchanges, you should look for trades that are already popular and have a good reputation, if you have funds in that exchange try changing your coins into dogecoin or ltc, it is likely that the minimum number of withdrawals will be smaller, but it looks like the exchange is a scam.

Sorry but I am not even familiar with the exchange, actually I tried to search in CMC but couldn't find the exchange name and any exchange that is not listed in CMC is something I would not trust.

Or you only have heard this exchnage from telegram  a person messaging you that he will give you a free balance but you need to deposit first before you are able to widraw.

There are few information online concerning the exchange. I wanted to refer you to the exchange Twitter page, or telegram group, but didn't find much. Would have referred you to its forum representatives but it seems not to have a forum announcement thread or any presence at all.

OP I think you should stay away from such an exchange, there's no information about the company and the team behind it.
I tried googling the address, the results went to a different company. The exchange is very suspicious in my opinion.

I traded altcoins for ETH on that exchange. But my total balance is much less than the minimum for withdrawal. That is, I will have to replenish my funds to withdraw from there. But before deposit funds, I need to make sure that it is safe.

By the way, the minimum withdrawal amount is 4 ETH is really very suspicious and looks like fishy to me, So I will ask everyone to avoid this exchange. And if you have any fund on this exchange you should choose any altcoin which is asking lower minimum withdrawal. So that you can withdraw your fund from this exchange. Good luck

The minimum withdrawal is so high. Back when the minimum withdrawal for ETH is 0.05, BCH and BTC do have a minimum withdrawal of 0.5 and 0.025 respectively so maybe that was changed too.

Anyhow, the exchange seems to have low activity and I think almost dead so I think it does not matter anymore if your question will be unanswered. I can't find an active community too. And there are negative reviews too on their Playstore app. Those are enough reasons already to stay away.

I have withdrawn at this exchange once and have never used it again. But I did not withdraw ETH, BTC or USDT because it had a minimum limit too high, I had to change to a token called Asobi ABX to withdraw and incur a large fee.

Agree with all people here, if you not deposited yet, i think in next you should be more careful with new exchanges. Better to use old ones that already have reputation. But if already deposited your money, look for coin that have small fees. Usually there are some choice of coins (big coins) that we can use to withdraw with small fees.

Never seen this exchange before, it's too new to me. And if they require the minimum balance to withdraw money is 4 ETH then I think this is most likely a scam exchange. And you need to stay away from this exchange as soon as possible, I've never seen any exchange like that. I will bookmark this exchange and never use it in the future

Most of us first time to heared thos exchange (Cielo) and most trusted exchange site have a low minimum withdrawal but this one need to have a 4 ethereum this is a huge amount, do you request a support or chat their team regarding minimum withdrawal?

Try to use other coin than Ethereum, if it doesn't let you to withdraw, like the minimum amount is increased once you are almost withdraw your coin then my suggestion is to leave it.

Most people for sure havent hear up about this exchange (neither do I). Why would use this one if we do have lots of better ones? If you do tend to sell off bounty tokens then embrace the risk.
Withdrawals now on most platforms are instant and having the minimum fee with minimum withdrawal amount.

Don't add any more losses. My advice is avoiding the exchange. it makes no sense a minimum withdraw of 4 eth.

Is the withdrawal only lies on Ethereum? I agree with the suggestion of others if there are other altcoins for withdrawal, check those and see how much the minimum is because it's likely they are cheaper than ETHs.

It's crazy how people just go around using any crypto exchange they see, thats why we have websites like coinmarketcap for rating coins and exchanges, I have never heard of cielo exchange before and its not safe

He is into bounties and probably most of the tokens that he took as reward before from hunting were all listed into that exchange. And usually, these projects doesn't choose a good exchange to list their tokens.

The withdrawal will need verification and confirmation but i think this exchange site is putting instant withdrawal as it will need your transaction to meet the (blockchain) confirmation that already applied on the withdrawal method. The only problem when your transaction can sometimes be considered as a suspicious transaction and you need to do further verification progress.

You should convert it to abx (asobi coin) they're legit but half scam because they have this high minimum withdrawal. Disadvantage of converting it to abx is this token is a shitcoin and cielox is so far the only exchange for it and ether delta which doesn't have liquidity and volume with it

What a pathetic requirements and if they truly had that then they don't want their user to withdraw their funds and you should get alerted for that matters since for sure there's something suspicious happening for implementing that. But for OP maybe try to contact the support and maybe there's bug occur or maybe we are right for our suspicion that the exchange mentioned is shady.
