How can they guarantee a new function every Sunday? This is something they simply can't live up to. Especially with this already delayed launch.

Who's promising this? NO ONE. There are no promises. SerraCoin is valued at what people are willing to pay for it.
Go ask someone on the street how much they'll pay for some SerraCoin.

No working website. This isn't even hard to achieve.

What can this coin do that one of the more supported and higher valued coins like BTC or LTC can't?
