Cold Fall AND TRANSMUTE COIN is a company owned by MJ Shaheed see https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_wy/2012-000617257
He is known felon and was in Federal Prison. https[Suspicious link removed]cutive-sentenced-to-21-months-in-prison-for-participation-in-securities-kickback-scheme
He scammed millions out of Augrid about 10 years ago.  https://investorshub.advfn.com/GuanHua-Corp-GHGH-4645/
Why is he not listed on company website and why is he not on any corporate documents.  He has SEC lifetime ban https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2014/34-73164.pdf

This is unproven Tech and has been around for years.  BE CAREFUL!!!  ALL FAILED

https://newblacktechnologies.com/  Duncan who is also listed on new black technologies patent but is also a director in Coldfall.....sounds fishy and a scam

We take up the responsibility to announce that claims listed above don't match our company. The name MJ Shaheed is not related to the company and the details in the comment are irrelevant . Check out our website for the complete details of the governing authorities if you wish to have a look.

Please feel free reach out to .... with any further comments, concerns, or suggestions you wish to share. We would love to make things right.

Please Check our Official Websites and ICO Reviews

The claims don't match your company... But they match these public records??? How is that possible?

Why would you deny that MJ Shaheed is related to the company when he is listed in public records as a director? The other names listed in the Wyoming filing correspond with your website, so the record is obviously accurate.

As potential users of Transmute we deserve a thorough explanation. This seems VERY shady. I was interested in Transmute until I came here. I made an account just to ask for clarity on this and would appreciate a response.

Thank you

I just saw this in another topic and want to bring it up for discussion. Not only are the claims against Cold Fall made well-founded in documents available on the internet, but Cold Fall's response is very suspicious. They immediately try to deny obvious truth and deflect to their own website to provide answers.

As potential users of this coin we deserve an explanation as to why a convicted felon is listed as a director.

Interesting that another director, William Zipf, listed at https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_wy/2012-000617257 was convicted for his role in a drug ring:

I'm having a hard time bringing myself to trust this company.
