You can post it in Service Discussion (Altcoins) if it is altcoin related.

Actually, bitcointalk is one of the best resources of information for altcoins. There are ANN of basically every shitcoin in this forum, where you can contact someone from their team direct and updated information about all those altcoin related projects.

To be honest, I'm not sure if it will pay for bitcoin or if there is a service for bitcoin. I just want to find out about affiliate marketing websites in general, so I'm still wondering where I should post.
