Hi,

Probably better to use the "report" function to send the post directly to staff.
Dispute on public place is rarely a good option, even more when you are trying to sell something.
And try to read rules too, available here

When you create a topic, you have the option to make it self-moderated. But that's probably a big red Flag considering the kind of items you're offering as a Newbie.

Actually, you are not allowed to decide this on your own. There are moderators or DefaultTrust(DT) members who have posessed the rights to understand the situation and than place their votes. If you are on a right side than you deserve support but vice-versa if you're on the negative side than you deserve what you got.

After going through the thread you mentioned, I can understand that you are amongst one of the "Digital Accounts" seller or probably a re-seller. Also you are ranked "newbie" which does not allow much peoples to trust you so you should offer vouches to few members in order to gain trust and ask them to review your service. I am sure, once people start trusting you than you would leave behind such profiles creating disturbance on over your threads.

Also the person you are accusing has a number of alt accounts which can be found in "Untrusted feedbacks".

unfortunately, I am newbie it takes some sort of time to establish my profile there

Today, I try to sell my staff there but that guy spams my thread with scam

When I ask him to post proof against me, then he go away and did not reply

I already report that post to staff, so I got no response that's why for the sake of help I came here

I know this community is great, but few shitty guys don't allow me to sell here

I really worried what should I do?

You can't actually, Trust is more or less unmoderated so it's between sender and receiver.

The only way is to report those posts and hope that members don't get fooled by the negative rating. Since the -tive he posted doesn't refer to any thread or post you made, it doesn't hold water.

I do understand your problem. Your first and foremost problem is "Huge competition" in the market as we can see dozens of similar digital account sellers and maybe the guy who is tending to spoil your reputation is amongst your competitors. You really need to struggle hard mate in order to stand up with your competitors. I'm sure you would be strong.

Spam in extreme cases is a bannable offence (temporary first with a growing time frame till it's permanent) but users very rarely get banned for it, except when newbie accounts gets nuked.

Creating a post about every serial spanner would lead to span. Reporting to moderators is the best option
