There is going to be a massacre trial in the international court. Rohingya "The most oppressed Nations in the world" is the victim of this genocide.
What about your opinion of this trial? I think the court will give the right verdict  ‍and the world will see a fair trial for humanity. We are all waiting for the time.

The thing is, would Myanmar care or a bigger question, would ASEAN care? I don't know if the IC can implement whatever verdict they'll come up with.

If this was the EU, there wouldn't even be a need for an IC case, the EU would already put penalties on the member. Heck, they're again already working out penalties on Poland and Hungary refusing migrants.

No such thing with ASEAN. Though some countries where the Rohingya fled has complained, pretty much everyone ignored what's happening and there was no move against Myanmar. I expect that the bloc would proceed as if nothing happened even after the IC result comes out.

how can there be justice in a court which has no mandate to exist, let alone conduct trials?

the ICJ is assuming ultimate authority over justice on the planet, and as such sets an incredibly dangerous precedent. whether this vaunted authority prosecutes genuine crimes or not is irrelevant, the power of a singular organization playing the role of a global supreme arbitrator is simply too dangerous.

Any risk that the ICJ itself becomes corrupt is so compelling that it should never even have been conceived, and cannot conscienibly be supported if one considers this unacceptable risk. Those involved and who continue to support the ICJ clearly do not understand legends such as Icarus or the Tower of Babel; blindly striving for ideals risks making an imperfect world even worse.

I don't know anything about the ICJ, but, courts always have a mandate to exist. Without such a mandate, they are not a court, and can't be talked about as existing, except in a fictitious way.

A guy courts a gal. The court exists as long as she accepts the courting.

The ICJ people are the ones who give their court its authority. Destroy those people, and the court doesn't exist any longer. Any people who give any credence to the ICJ (like you seem to be doing, inadvertently), are people who support the ICJ, and help to maintain its existence.

If the makers of the ICJ court have strength, they just might conquer anyone who doesn't have strength to oppose them. But that is the way it is with anything. Hitler never had any strength until he formed the court of his government and talked people into supporting him. Then he had strength.

The fear is that the ICJ might be relying on some other governmental statements to trick or force the other government into giving them their strength.

The United Nations only has strength because member nations give it their strength. But they never give it their whole strength. Nobody wants to be conquered by the UN.

The ICJ has strength because of the strength of the people who formed it and recognize it. The question is, how great is their strength, really?

I'll never understand why the EU is going to put/ has put penalities on countries that don't want to accept migrants. Like holy hell -- most countries would be fine with accepting migrants if they were able to do their own proper screening of said migrants. But no the EU doesn't allow that and just wants to dump unvetted people into your country, insane. I'll NEVER UNDERSTAND IT.

thats absolutely true the EU has become a piece of shit dumping african migrants on others, it gets abused and exploited. a bunch of retards work there that think naivly and betray their own population.

while in the meantime the lazy and racist african union is dumping its migrants on other parts of the world, forcing them to feed, educate and house those.

i am myself living in germany but seeing how the EU tries to dump african migrants on the eastern europeans wrecking them like france already is and threatens them is absolutely unacceptable, if eastern eruopeans want to preserve their culture they should leave the crazy EU and join with russia a new soviet union

an italian politician (salvini) tried to stop that madness, and stopped migrant boats, and as a result got sued by some crazy human right activists.

And that's why people are coming up with conspiracy theories on why the unelected bureaucrats in Brussels are doing this. And this is also the reason why the right is gaining traction in some of these countries. I'm glad that in a way this happened to EU first, that way other regional blocs like ASEAN learn a lesson and not overreach.

I believe that's one of the main reasons why the United Kingdom decided to get out of the European Union,  because policies like this are made for them by the EU and they haveven no say in the matter and some of the migrants go there and starts committing crimes over there. If things like this continue to happen and with the precedent set by the Brexit lots of countries can just quit when they want.

The UK, and all other major governments, are made up of a few people who support the policies of government leaders, and a whole bunch of people who are forced into it because they were born there, or became citizens for reasons other than the ideals of the leaders. The UK is simply its own type of "ICJ," or worse.

there is a regional administration,

rohinga muslims consider themselves like a nation (people) and they want to take away stuff from others, instead of integrating themselves into the myanmar administration, it could be quite corrupt though.

rohinga muslims can appoint their leadership (king/emir/bankingcartel) and then work towards its power (earn money, sell their labour for theit money)

Didn't this all started from some Rohingya misbehaving? I remember there were news of Buddhist girls getting gang-raped, then a mob response, then there were monks holding protests, and then shtf when the army started purging. I believe this ethnic group also have armed militias terrorizing people so that's also probably also one reason the Burmese dislike them.

Aren't these people Bangla though? At least that seem to be the opinion in Myanmar.

ICJ as a court is most times a toothless bulldog because its a judgment that most times no one carries out. It just carries a nomenclature that world leaders don't bother to take cognizance of and the implication of the judgment is that the person whose the judgment is against can no longer visit the advanced world that are ready to carry out the judgment. As long as his country is enough for him to stay, he will be fine until another government takes over and decide to prosecute other than that, nothing will happen.

Their task is to spot the culprit for the important in order that they will enjoy judging or acting they are doing not have the power to try to any quite justice, but they still provide an answer or an attempt, so as to know that a true crime has been committed and it must be judged.

I said supposedly. Weird enough, I remember BBC having a news clip about it before shtf, I even remember it showed one bus being torched but now I can't find the vid nor the accompanying article when I do a search. Search "rape" "Buddhist girl" and "Myanmar in the same search and the result is either a nursery case in Napyidaw or what's supposedly happening in Rohingya camps.

The only article pertaining to that incident now is this from LiveLeak. https://www.liveleak.com/view?i=3c3_1339020721 It did mentioned a bus mobbed but without the setting on fire part I remember.
