maybe the OP did not mean "bayan" as username but it was a typo/autocorrection for "bann".

I'm pretty sure you are correct. If you see the bayan's 2 posts, the English is quite OK. Compare then to the OP's post I thing he really meant ban then bayan.
After the YOSHIE research, I don't really thing the OP should be bothering the mods. Maybe only for ban evading.
