The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Just tried to withdraw a small amount and got forced into KYC. What's about your promise, that Bitcointalk Users don't require KYC?  Huh

What is it true?  that they ask for KYC even for the small amount? I'm yet to deposit in the site probably did you register your account by directly searching the website instead of going through from the link posted in the BTT ? some times they will identify the users from BTT if you go through the link posted here and they do require KYC for the traditional means of deposits and withdrawals so are you using crypto or fiat?

I am not surprised he got KYC when they are a casino that also accepts credit card deposits. It doesn't matter if you deposit crypto, gamble with crypto, and withdraw with crypto. If the site has merchants which allow credit cards, they generally need to have proper KYC rules in place.

This is actually what happened with Pornhub casino a few years back. It supported deposits by credit cards because they wanted to be more mainstream instead of just crypto, and they had to force KYC for everybody, whether it was by credit card or crypto. And its funny how they always KYC after you make a withdraw and never before you make a deposit.

Basically all of this was a bunch of bull so he can get people to his casino

We play fair Smiley

Ailmand, AlexSimion: you are certainly right. As Bitcointalk is the only large forum we work with dedicated to cryptocurrencies, we attained an exception in our regular licensee's terms, so you won't be asked for KYC unless your gross cash flow is more than 3000 USD or you use fiat currencies. We are working on it, so KYC will be fully cancelled for those who use crypto only.

Is this problem solved already? It is just bad if players are forced to do KYC for small amount of withdrawal while admin says that there wont be any KYC for crypto players.
Better to wait for clarification of this issue first for those who want to play in this site. Otherwise, we will face the same withdrawal issue due to the KYC.

one big problem with businesses that ask for KYC from only a part of their customers is that at any moment they can change their rules and ask KYC from all of their customers. most of the times it is not their own fault either but the authorities are going to force them to ask for KYC since they already have one foot in the door.

I don't think being in a forum can be excuse indoing KYC, there are rules should be followed depending where thy are located, though I'm curious what's his smalll amount referring in value, if the casino is really interesting that can't be seen in other casino but if not then better stick to the casino your familiar with.

Right now you are running 2 topics here in the thread. Wouldn't it be more convenient to close one and focus on the other topic?
The topic of the site is not even mentioned in this topic, which can create some confusion.
I also advice not to write in French language. You can use a simple translation tool from google.

Kyc is a part of many websites so there is nothing wrong if they asked for it. What they did wrong was, not keeping up with their words and doing this straight away. If the kyc was not going to be asked to Bitcointalk members, then they should have taken care of it either by giving a special promo code to the members here to use while registering, which could let them categorize other users and Bitcointalk members or they could ask users who came there from Bitcointalk, to pm them their username on the site.

Maybe you can translate this in English as this board is an English Section. If ever you can't speak English, just use a 3rd party translator.

As for the others, the thread is dead. last post from this thread was already months ago, so considering that this is dead, the project and the owner have might left it behind already. (Though I hope someone could check their support or site if ever they have one... -  didn't bother to read the OP  Tongue )
