Did they scam you, or mute you for 60 minutes? If they scammed you, you should add ample proof and open a topic in the scam accusation subforum so other people are warned, and maybe put some pressure on the scammer to reimburse you for the amount that was scammed

the screenshots you provided can only prove is that you were warned but still kept talking then you got mute. also, what do you expect the admins of this forum can do?
it's a different site. their gambling site didn't scam you nor hold your fund for no reason. you crying in this forum for being mute won't do anything nor affect their website
in any way. just accept it and move on.

First you need to understand what racism is..

You must have broken some chat rules and thus were banned. It's better to read chat rules properly before participating in chat. I think they banned you from chat and not the site. You making deposit is of no relevance and doesn't makes you a VIP.

If you are reporting about mod behaviour then you need to work out with their owners. Site owners are the ones who can review this mod action and take an action on that mod if necessary but given the screenshots I don't think mod went out of bounds and did something that he shouldn't do. (Just saying on the basis of screenshot produced here though it is still not clear the actions due to which you were banned)

I don't know the problem but in the screenshot, I don't see any racism happening. There was only him muted whether it was spamming or arguing with a mod there. Also, I don't think it's a scam or anything, it's just that it's a personal matter between players and mods.

Yesterday he convinced a newbie on the casino chat to send him his money that he is a "better" player , knows a good strategy etc.  The newbie send him 150 xrp  ,  and a few minutes later this OP said he "busted" and he was telling the newbie to deposit more etc .      After that another 2-3 guys popped up saying this OP did the exact same thing to them . OP had multiple accounts there that he was using to take advantage of newbie players . And in the end the admin banned him on all acounts . Except 1 I think that they muted him on.

Hey, I think the moderator has muted you to calm down, nothing more. You shouldn't make such a big deal of a 60 minute mute. Just calm down, smoke a big fat one and go back to play. There are plenty of trusted online casinos around if you feel like you're not treated well.


By the way, this isn't the right board to complain about a moderator from some gambling website. You could rather do it in their thread if they have one, or you could contact their support team.

Apparently it was 3 newbies though . But honestly it's not so hard to believe , even here in the forum u can see some guys selling the miraculous script for dice or crash games , and their threads usually get a lot of attention.

That would be tolerated as part of their security measures, and I think this is their way of sealing a gap for potential fraud users. On the other side of multiple accounts, this isn't fair for casinoroyale because it's cheating on their site. Racism wasn't the real reason why they're practicing this certain thing, it's their way of defense.

I didn't get the racism part of the deal as well, I mean it looks like there has been no racism involved at all, someone asked you to stop or they will mute you, you didn't stop so they muted you like they told you they would, how is that really a racist thing to do? Was there any race involved?

Was there anything said towards what religion or race or anything or even gender related thing? From what looks here is that you just got muted, maybe they were wrong to mute you, maybe you are right and should not be muted but that doesn't mean they were racists, even on the best of cases you can say they are wrong to mute you but you just can't say someone is racist without proving anyone there was race involved in the talks you had between them at the very least.

I agree that op should not think of this as a big deal since it's only 60 minutes mute. If only the op won't do something crazy then op won't be muted for 60 minutes. Your period of inactivity has long passed and unless you were banned for life you can use that chat again.
