Try looking at Fiverr as well.
You might not getting paying in bitcoin but you can post your skills and let buyers communicate with you in case they are interested in your services. I think that you have to work from a laptop rather than a phone in order to be more productive.

that amount you ask is too high just for a sideline mate,in 3rd world countries they can hire a person with same skills with much lower it can be 2-4 $ per hour is more than enough since the competition in this forum is to tight in regards to on line skills so maybe you will find hard here,and besides its been 5 days since you last posted this but never come back to check all the comments and advices.

I think you should also look into signature campaigns here but you'll likely need higher rank account to ear anything decent but 8-15 per hour can be achieved with a decent enougn rank on certain campaigns: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0
