They should add a line or section to explain this is a single leaderboard and single prize
The concept is quite clear there. You will receive the prize if you manage to stay in the top 100 of the leaderboard when the timer ends. The contest will end after 20 days. Where those 6 stages are available to boost your reward based on your final rank. A little explanation will obviously make it easier for everyone to understand the concept.
I just checked my account and the first 3 stages are automatically completed for me even though I haven't wagered anything. Most probably it has happened for my VIP rank.

I thought stage 1 leaderboard gets prizes once stage 1 is completed
It is not obvious and absolutely no rules or explanation stated anywhere
It's better rules for them because you would want to keep pushing and playing to get to the last stage to get something
from it

Last Friday there was a $1k race.
When I recorded the race after first small bet I noticed Temple Tower was supposed to log 10x wager for that race alone, but in the recording I got 1x
Immediately contacted live support who assured me everything will be counted right when the race ends.
26th March: Jason: Most likely it's just a display issue while recording.
Once the race ends (in 1 day and 12 hours), everything should show correctly (It didn't)
Me: Ok you are sure right? It is really 10x for temple tower?
Jason: Yes, that's how it usually works.
If after the race ends the numbers still look off, just let us know and we'll fix it for you manually (They didn't)

27th March: Jason: I understand. As I mentioned earlier, it is likely just a display issue during the recording. The race ends in 21 hours. I recommend that we wait until it ends, at which point the results should be updated accordingly.

I got an email admitting some players were affected and changed their tone to absolutely nothing they can do and prizes have been paid out.
My loss:
$2500 loss during the race, I deposited specifically for the race (and took risk because that scumbag gave me a false assurance. I was going to play it safe and withdraw until that moment.). But still fair.
$130 loss in winnings (I got 12th prize instead of 2nd or at least 3rd prize). This is not fair. Losing is one thing, but I do not feel "entertained". The experience they gave me absolutely frustrating. $5 bonus with wagering requirement pisses me off, it is like you are in VIP table and after the casino fucks you over, they give you an AI written fake letter and toss a dollar to you like you are a beggar. That's just worse.
They owe me $130 and an apology. How did they manage to make an apology sound rude
