I only recommend Altcoin which has technology that has always been developed by its developers.

Every altcoin always get developed by the developers, for what they are creating a cryptocurrency if they not developed the project it self. The important thing the project always keep continue without some drama scam and other think and they delivery the technology/platform according to their estimation for their community.

Stop asking for financial suggestions from random people on the internet. Let me tell you something, they will suggest you coins, even if its a shit coins since they don't care at all if you lose your money. After all, its you who would be suffering not them. They will try their best to convince you to invest on coins they have invested on (be it a legit coin or a scam coin). They will always be biased towards the coins they have invested on.
I would recommend you to do your own research and look for coins you think are the best to invest on. Looks like you already have a list. Go invest on those.

The first coin must be Ethereum. Look at how this altcoin has great significance in raising the price. This has great value and volume. SO, this coin will last longer and will be worthier again in the future. Everyone converts the crypto mostly to ETH.
BNB and Dash are the second choices. They have great volume and teams are very competent. Moreover, BNB is the token of a big exchange. Although it is down right now, this coin will have more value and stay survive in the future.

yes the important point is the project continues to be developed in a sustainable manner.
but there are some projects that are only made for speculation and for fraud, scams and other negative purposes to benefit themselves. Many altcoins are left without clarity, so some altcoins become junk.
The most important thing is to choose Altcoin which is already trusted and recommended, also with strong community support.

This time I more prefer to use exchanges coins than popular coin. The reason is exchanges will use everything they have to support their own product to get stable value and volume, popular coin can't do that. We can say monopoly but if doing with right it will give us profit. Many people doesn't agree with monopoly but I see from other side and this is what I found. No more argue anymore just follow my step and profit will be yours.

If being implemented correctly and not buying when the value of exchange coin already pumped high, the chance of getting profits is high. Do your research and understand how things are really being played by big whales and the exchange owners. After that you'll be  able to get into the right
position when buying those coins.

in my opinion the most potential now and the future is etherum and litecoin. the movements of both are very significant and in my opinion both are the most potential altcoins.

from your list i'd choose
litecoin - one of the oldest coins in the space - low inflation - backed by strong investors
cardano - best project by far by tech and working with governments
dash - high adoption and good team

and i also recommend Zcash
Zcash because its just like litecoin, dash and bitcoin but in early stages - it will be huge in few years
