I had made the withdraw of 400k sat. And it's been now 25 hours, since they didn't accept my withdraw
Problem I got is they saying I have broke their tos I have one more account,
And that's not legit and I'm using that account since 2018

I accept that time I had 2 account, and that time they told me to use only one account "Onemanarmy" and from that time I'm using my this account without any restrictions
So now why they refusing to pay if they allow me to use that
I have email where they clearly said ,
They can check my ips if I ever created any extra account since 2018 menn

Their support staff aswell noob as hell
Can't even helping me out

Why did you create 2 accounts in the first play?
Coming out here to call them scammers before your issues gets resolved won't help that much. Sometime their security team provides evidence that you broke their TOS, maybe you should email them asking for evidence. I am sure there can be no smoke without fire.

Most likely to take advantage of any no deposit/deposit bonuses. And I see they've processed one of your withdrawals from your screenshot after they told you to not play anymore on the other account .   Can you provide a screenshot with them saying what's the reason for your current withdrawal not being processed. ?

Conversation from screenshot is two years old, whatever was the reason and assuming screenshot is legit, FJ told them they can continue playing using account onemanarmy.

Lol, what evidence? You will never get that from them. Sometimes they do make mistake and ban customers because of "multiaccounting" which never happened  . I am actually curious why OP is not allowed to withdraw funds, was it because of that account from screenshot or they have more accounts (of course, if anything in topic is true, I don't see any proofs)?

I wouldn't go that far, IP ban sucks, especially if you have shitty ISP provider with half of IP's blacklisted
