1. Upload the image to an image hosting service.
2. Get the URL (make sure it ends with the file extension)
3. Post the link between img tags.

Once you've found the image all you need to do is click the 'insert image' button which is underneath the italics one.

You gotta put in some work mate. The steps shown by OmegaStarScream are simple enough and all you got to do is practice. If you don't want to create an account for image hosting services like imgur, here's another option https://postimages.org/. You can also upload there by URL.

Yeah, but I think method posted by @Bttzed03 is simplier and don't require to download any software. Also, there is many tools online which allows to resize images and make some other changes, for example this website - https://resizeimage.net/
