I am not sure I understand the question about green or black bits.

They are the ones that are:

Batch 1 from 2013 part of 2000 coins minted
25mm diameter
Silver weight: 1/4 troy oz
Silver purity: 99.9%
Denomination: 5 Litecoins

Loaded, unopened with Lealana Certificate of authenticity

By the way, I have three of them and the following numbers are printed on the hologram:
