I took this from their FAQ:

https://[scam exchange url]/faq

As a rule of thumb, any service that requires you to DEPOSIT funds in order to WITHDRAW funds is a SCAM...

Did you fund your account with an altcoin, or did they give you "free" money, and now you have to pay to receive your "free" money? In the first case, you were properly scammed, in the second case you allmost got scammed but were saved from a scam because you opened a topic on bitcointalk...

I edited this post to remove the link to this scam... No need to give it a better pagerank

where did you get the funds on that exchange? Is it from Airdrop or from any "free" promotion?
If yes, @mocacinno have right, it is a scam.

Never trust http://Bijora-btc.com. They are completely fraudulent. I have btc in my account. They asked me to deposit money so I could withdraw money from my account because I needed it very much. I desperately accepted. I wrote hundreds of messages over the course of 6 months. they stalled me every time. This is a trap. never trust. I even deposited my baby's money to withdraw the money from my account. But unscrupulous http://bijora-btc.com defrauded me. I'm still not paying my money. Never trust the deposit name and never make a deposit.

So there are still people who fall for such trick, are you a newbie in crypto? Sorry for your loss, but I can tell its scam at the very first glance due to its website template which is used by many scammers for such scheme.

You are absolutely right. But at that moment the pressure of the people around me was also effective. and I made a very wrong decision. I regret investing money. It took me a while to admit that I had been scammed. This situation affected my psychology very negatively.

Yeah, it's one of those common "you won X btc, but you need to deposit 0.X btc to withdraw" scams. I get like 5-10 pm's a week on Discord with these messages.
I must be the luckiest person alive to win so much BTC
