Women have got the ability to turn around a thing. When women are ready to do a thing then they can go extral mile to achieve that. If we can have more women come into crypto sphere, it will have positive effect on it generally.

There are a number of notable women who are actively involved in leading projects that are dominating the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry:  Elizabeth Stark (Lightning Labs),  Meltem Demirors (DCG), Galia Benartzi (Bancor), Elizabeth McCauley (Bitcoin Foundation).

Honestly, I was not aware about that. But still, we cannot deny the fact that there are more men than women in the Blockchain industry. After all, men are more inclined to the field of technology than women. Take a good look at the number of women in the areas of IT and CS and you'll notice the difference. The aforementioned female figures have brought innovation to crypto land, but they're not as widely recognized as men like Vitalik Buterin or even Andreas Antonopoulos (please correct me if I'm wrong). Even with the benefits crypto & Blockchain technology provides, women don't seem to be quite interested in the freedom of money.

We'll have to wait and see what happens within a couple of years from now. If Blockchain continues to grow at an unprecedented rate, the number of females in the space will grow too. Personally, I wouldn't mind about this as long as crypto and Blockchain continues to be developed and innovated for the benefit of the mainstream world. Just my thoughts Grin

What would be the difference if there would be more woman in the blockchain?
Do you think that it would change in any aspect?
We should really stop this gender discrimination or something it doesn't really matter if there are more men than women,
It is the skill and knowledge that counts not their gender.

I went through few articles there are women's who run block chain non profit organization and their main motto is to focus on development and education.

They are Keen on block chain industry but very few are interested, because they cannot afford big dumps which happens in crypto also most of them don't want to take risk on this and I don't think women's have patience to keep holding coins for years.

There are a good number of women in the crypto world. Some projects have women as team members, some as advisors and even developers. It's important to note that women also thrive well here.

Well, I believe that the Blockchain industry needs the "female touch" now more than ever. Of course, gender doesn't matter as what counts is the skill and knowledge of a person. But, gender diversity could turn out to become beneficial for longevity of the Blockchain industry. It's no secret that women are more dedicated to their jobs than men. There are a few women in the Blockchain space which are recognized within the mainstream world (like Elizabeth Stark (Lightning Labs) and Dr. Elaine Shi (ThunderCore)). But still, they're a "needle in a haystack".

At least, this is better than nothing. Good minds come from both genders (either female or male). Sexual orientation doesn't matter as long as the person is able to be contribute to the industry in every way. As it's said, "knowledge is power". No matter who you are, you could make a difference in the Blockchain/crypto space (if you're a talented or skilled person). Maybe in the future, we'll be able to see more women interested in Blockchain technology? Once digital payments become a part of our daily lives (as sooner or later physical cash will be eventually phased out from existence), we could expect women to adopt crypto and Blockchain tech at a large scale. Just my thoughts Grin

Let me say that more than 44% of the total that enter @ https://creary.net is female.

Is very nice to see that there's a very proactive part -almost 50%- of the crypto-art-industry that come from the fairer sex!
