I don't wanna speculate a lot about ripple but this time all depends on bitcoin as the main coin that gives bullish impact to the whole of cryptomarket. We are still following bitcoin and that being said if the bullrun of ripple is not yet come. This caused by the bitcoin impact.

I doubt that while the amount in circulation keeps increase as the escrow of ripple is sending more and more coins to the market. There are multi-billion coins that are still available and yet to be dumped to the market.

The big one at 3.84 will probably not happen for a long long time. That was the peak during a time when everyone was going into crypto world, everyone was investing into so many coins that every single coin during that period made their own all time high prices and set the tone for the market.

He does have a lot of XRP still. The settlement agreement with Ripple restricts how much he is allowed to sell, but obviously that agreement is running out soon, so the amount could increase.
McCaleb is not stupid though, he wouldn't dump the whole lot at once because that would hugely reduce the money he'd get.
The estimate is that he has about 5bn XRP remaining. To put some context on this, XRP has 43bn circulating right now, and an absolute max supply of 100bn... so the 5bn from Jed is not huge, it's only really an issue if he dumps the whole lot suddenly, which for me seems unlikely.

Yes, you are right, we don't see much impact on the XRP when the price of Bitcoin crossed more than $10k. Yes you are right the Ripple coin is a centralized coin that can easily manipulate ripple price, when they want do. Because still ripple coin team has holding billions of coins with them. and there no movement in Ripple price at present because we can see the crypto market is in bullish now. Ripple has proven itself over the years of been strong and resilient. it has current affiliations or partnership with institutions that are of high reputations and it has stood  the taste off time. it is amongst one  of the oldest coins that exists and still continues to make marks in its own space of finance. i consider  ripple a relevant token as it has use cases bothered around finance. XRP might not really be a good source of earning for short term because the price does not move on extreme edges for short term. 24hours high price for XRP is 0.288 while 24hours low is 0.268 which only gives us a gap of somewhat $0.02 per coin which might not be that excess and hence it might not be preferred to use XRP for short term trading. But, for mid and long term trading, XRP can really give us some good profits as the price would move from the dip to the peak and it would at least give us profit of $0.1 per coin which would be something which is expected.

We do not need to work for lower profits because it would keep the risk constant so why not take that risk for higher profits only. There are various other coins for short term trading but not XRP according to my perspective.
