I didn't get any valuable tokens for several months in bounties (even the promised tokens without any value) .

Are you still earning money with them or just a few bucks (which is not worth to bother)?

In 2017 and 2018, it was so profitable. Now, what is the situation?

The market tends to rise up again and lets see if it would able to rise up bounty hunting once again because we know that if its start to be hyped then all goes the same path.

2017-early 2018 is the golden times of bounties where you can able to earn thousands of dollars on some programs.For now? it becomes shit and not profitably for most hunters
even I do have some shit tokens on my bag came from some task but ending up on having no value.Questioning if you should start? Your choice but you can see on the current situation
on what are the probabilities of profitability.

Not really get benefit earning bounty right now.

Because most of ICO/IEO not really good and still have unsuccesfull project, the bounty already not really worth at all, right now i spend my time fully mining alternate coins to gain some pasive income.

No is not easy to earn now with bounties, as i see only some signature campaigns who accept only a limited number of users and only good posters , they also not pay so huge as i see only Chipmixer, and a new eurogamblers with high pay rate, but airdrop not worth almost nothing.

I joined lots of bounties way back 2018, almost all of them did not pay or had turned to scam their bounty participants.  Those who paid after several months did not give a good reward too, because their token became worthless.  It was like working for a whole year without payment.  And this tragedy continues until now.  Many bounty campaigns are either not paying or delayed payment with a worthless token. 

Today's altcoin bounty campaign is like a lottery,  there is so little percentage to find a worthy altcoin bounty campaign and it takes a stroke of "great luck" to stumble on one.

It will be good if you find the bounties with a good projects. Or you just find one that paid you with BTC or ETH. Of course with escrow. But you need a high rank and some good quality posts history.

If compared to 2017, in general, the current bounty is not too profitable.  But that does not mean there are no opportunities that can be utilized to earn money from bounties.  just need more effort and energy to do the analysis, great patience to accept all the changes that are not profitable, and mentally as strong as steel to continue to survive because everything is unthinkable.

 so it's better to stop comparing with the previous year, it's better to focus on maximizing the current bounty.  there are still many campaigns that give rewards properly, provided we are willing and able to analyze it.

It was before ( 2017) that bounty makes everyone to generate valuable tokens/coins but it turns dark this time knowing that most bounty/project owners have broken their promises. I knew there still a few bounties but the gains that bounty hunters have been received are most likely far from before. That is why many bounty hunters never look so aggressive in joining bounty promotional programs and been in the hard times to find a legit project to participate with.

I will say yes, i still earn from Bounties, this year i have gotten reward from bazooka tokens for telegram enrolment. And i have been enjoying Tokoin rewards until the sudden change in distribution terms. (happens almost all the time)

And also with best change. I think the core way is to be patient and wait for the Bounties to show up, that way you  can choose rightly

You should start again, but you have ti choose the legit project that you promoted don't just choose a project randomly because you will be regreted later. I think there was some project who give a high money in 2018 and 2019 but there is no bounty huntee who told it. But, I have thought that this year will be like 2017 for bounty campaign, there will be many project who got pump and give a huge profit for bounty hunter. Have you see the new bounty campaign that appears? You may need to see it because I think there is a project that I think it will give a promissing profit.

I also have never gotten an income at bounty since 2018 until now, due to poor market conditions, but I still participate in bounty and save the coin that I get from bounty, because I believe that when the market starts to recovery, then the price of coin I get from bounty the possibility of having a price and giving me an income (even though the possibility is below 80%), therefore I still participate in bounty and save the coin that I get from bounty.

I'm sorry to tell you that big reward got my friend in last year, when most of the people ready to leave. MB8COIN, Thinkcoin and Coinhe was distributing the big reward for bounty hunter. Ethereum did a pump and Bitcoin halving is coming, so that could make new projects successfull.

There is no good bounty is running and also not coming new bounties and bounties are not paying after doing work by bounty hunters, I suggest that you should join those bounties that have a good profile. Earning from bounties is not good and almost a 1% ratio to earn.

Bounties are no go area for now as the effort put in does not commensurate with the reward. Quality projects are also a scarce commodity now and some that pretend to be don't further in the development of the project after IEO. So bounties are like a lottery now

It sometimes we have given up participating bounties because of scam and fake projects and that is the reality since after 2017 bullish has gone. We have acknowledged already that the market turns into different and often to see more projects coming out without any support from the investors and it was to difficult to find their way in order to succeed. That is why some BM telling participating members to "Join at your won risk" coz even BM don't really know if this project will also succeed and not to fail the expectation of everybody.

Bounties even back in those days is just a risk you might end up not getting paid The only difference between then and now is back like 2 years ago the pay is really much and satisfactory Now is mostly small or some shitcoin so if you want much you have to double the effort and most might end up not paying So just make sure to find a credible manager and good project to invest your time

If you are looking for a bounty campaign that is sure to pay, then looking at the bounty manager is not enough because the task of the bounty manager is, I think, only managing and evaluating the participants who are participants of the bounty manager and as a bridge from the participants to the bounty manager provider. the performance is good but the bounty provider runs away and does not make payments to the manager and his participants.

to be more secure you can become a participant in a botuny campaign that has already made escrow payments to his manager so that the participants have a guarantee that his efforts will definitely pay off.

So many none sense project, scammers and failed projects, bounties are no longer profitable but of course it can still be change if something big and new bounty comes out in the market. For now, having a campaign that is paying through BTC is profitable and most of us here depend on that and can consider as a bounty. The era of bounties may still come back at no definite time, bounty hunters should not rely on one project and start looking for the best of the best, don’t fall on a shady bounty.

2017 and mid 2018 is the best profitable time as far as bounties is concern. I've heard a lot of story of people making tons of money that time, specially if you have a higher rank, making some of them I know crypto millionaires in 2017.

But as soon as the market falters, the whole bounty hunting took a toll as well. And those who quit their job early in 2018 and focus on bounties? I really don't know how they survived in real life, it must be tough.

For sure though, when we goes on another bull run, bounty hunting will be profitable, so I would say at this point its difficult to earn as compare to past years, but we might soon see that change again.
