Need Help, Sent payment via Wallet-QT no fee payed

Yet is shows confirmations here: http://blockr.io/tx/info/fcb5247a78ece5ae42b2678c358b3a552cacc8d3e5e9d9c77b4fad47a3d02d35

Also I see that it shows fee 0.00000000

How can I fix this? I have not change anything in my wallet and I use it like I have many times before.

I pulled my other account out, yet no confirmations on the BTC I sent. I sent blockchain.info e-mails and signed into their helpdesk and have received no help! I have sent many trans and never had this happen. blockchain.info need to get their shit together.

Blockchain.info is having problems currently. If you look at block 291265, you will find the transaction.
