You can try to check the address that you may have right now on the etherscan.io. This is an easy way to check whether there is a transaction or not, there is a deposit or not in that address. If there is no, you need to find out again the other address, where you buy, and also all notes when you bought the ETH. However, ensure that the address starts from 0x.....if it is the eth wallet.
And for something like a password, it may have longer syllable than the wallet address, it may be the private key. You can try to open it on the MEW, Metamask, or another erc20 platform. And note,
never tell anyone about the password/private key although there is someone who wants to help you!
