Can Phoenix Global (PHB) return to the ATH price again?

I am very confused about PHB's performance which has not improved since reaching ATH in 2018. In fact, when I bought it in 2019 on Binance,
I thought that PHB would be pumped one day. But now in 2021 there has been no significant development from PHB, even though most of
the coins on Binance have been pumped. Do you think I should just sell the PHB that I have or HODL until the price returns to the ATH price.
I really need advice right now.

Look at the movement mate, Why on Earth that this will even rich another ATH when it is obviously a Dying coin 

I hate to say this but best to sell it now since the value is almost leveled on how much you bought last 2019.

and Buy other coins that may have good potential like ADA and Polkadots

PHB didn't have interesting news to attract the whales to pump this coin and this might bet the main problem why PHB is not even pumping while another coin got massive pump

PHB traded on binance and huobi, both were major exchange sites.
I think that you can keep that even longer because you have bought your coins at the peak price and it's a very bad decision for you to sell your coins at the bottom price.
Even a coin that traded on the middle tier exchange site can get a new ATH just in two days of pump.

The reason I bought PHB was initially following my friend's suggestion and also seeing PHB listed on Binance. Because usually the coins listed
on Binance often change to pump, then I think when 2019 PHB is at a pretty low price. I saw it as a great opportunity, moreover, I also got
the support of my friends at that time. It turned out that my guess was wrong, until now there has been no development at all from PHB.
I agree with you that the movement is like a dead coin, maybe I will follow your advice to sell it. And I will buy the more popular coins,
good idea to buy ADA and DOT, because now ADA and DOT are performing very well.

Maybe you are right, in the absence of interesting news about PHB, making whales not interested in making pump this coin. Even though PHB is
listed on popular exchanges, it does not guarantee that it is safe to buy. This is a valuable lesson for myself, not to make popular exchanges a reason
for buying coins. Thank you for your wise advice to save PHB, but I was running out of patience. I'll just sell it, even if I have to incur a loss.
