Sources in tar.gz for 0.3.20.2

Update: thanks to bitcoin-dev, they pointed me to the right direction.

The old tar.gz for 0.19.0 did contain full sources to build bitcoin. What happened there in the new versions? I'd like to built bitcoin from source.

Also delivering a tar.gz with sources for every release would be nice for source based linux distributions.

Does anyone know where I can download the windows source for 0.3.20.2?

Bitcoin.org doesn't have old versions on it's home page.
