Goal

As earlier announced, we hereby introduce the Electronic Gulden. Our goal is to bring the Dutch ƒ Gulden (English: ƒ Guilder) back in an electronic version. The Netherlands had used the Gulden (Gouden Florijn) from the Middle Ages, to 2002. In 2002 the government decided to replace the Gulden for the euro. This replacement had a negative influence on the economy for the Dutch citizens. The Electronic Gulden is the Dutch cryptocurrency, bringing back its nostalgic value.

Every country has its own economy and therefore we feel having individual coins for each country, working better than global currencies. We believe that we live in revolutionairy times, where a cryptocurrency as the Electronic Gulden (EFL) can have a major impact on our economy.

Work in progress

We believe that the Electronic Gulden only has real value when it can be used on daily bases rather than just a currency to speculate with. This means it is important that both consumers and merchants can use Electronic Gulden in a user-friendly environment. For this we are working on tools such as a Online Merchant System, a smartphone wallet, and a Tablet Merchant that you can set up in your local store.

Since we are still in a early developing stage for our payment and wallet software we can use your help testing. Do you have your own webshop or android system running, and feel like you want to help us out? Then sign up for closed beta testing. Send an email to beta@e-gulden.com and let us know why and how you can be of great help and we might invite you. Especially Dutch citizens are welcome!

Block reward goes to the first one who gets verified.

Note to anybody dumb enough to buy this shit: They are going to distribute the premine to themselves a thousand times and say it was Dutch households requesting the coins. You bagholders are going to give these scammers a nice Christmas. I don't even think it's worth mining since anybody dumb enough to buy country coins is already bagholding country coins.
