You should report to proper authorities because this is a borderless case. You might have a chance reporting it on Interpol or other International authorities that handle fraud cases. The chances are higher because this is a big fraud case and if there is enough people willing to testify in court, then it will make the case go faster.

Sad I thought this project is still active I also invested in ICO last 2018 but already sold my tokens same year but if you see on his facebook page the project is in development visit this link https://www.facebook.com/RobFaceterCEO/posts/191690392372768 you need a proper complain maybe you can write in SEC in your respective country but this process takes long you also need money if you want to conduct a thorough investigations you know there are millions of dollars are just wasted on icos from 2017 and 2018 and project owners of this projects are already gone with pocketed money from ICO.

I contacted Robert Potheir (CEO of faked Faceter project) and sent him an official email to his company email and linkedinn , asked him about the fake development update that was supoosed to appear last october ( according to admin stacey ) , he said that there were technical errors

I asked him to return my ETH of my children i paid to him in ICO on august 2018 , he banned me

Guys if anyone here in South africa and can help me reach him  and his  location, i will give him 0.5 BTC

Please stop bumping this topic again and again. You have mentioned on one of your previous post that your lawyers have already got them and you are taking legal actions against them. So i think its the best way to fight for your fund rather then giving replies here. No one is giving response here which mean they have no information about the project or the fraud person who you are talking about.

I will personally suggest you to share all details with your lawer and provide all the information you have in your hand. Its the best which you can do now. I can feel the pain that you got by investing there and feeling sorry for that too.

Note: I am not telling you to stop giving replies forever in this topic. We will be glad to have your update when you able to get them through your lawers help.
