It's a must especially you posted your thread here in this forum since you need to have a guy who will focus on this thread so that the users errors will be easily taken actions before they get frustrated, remember support action really needed specially for new business built so think about it since it will really help your site to grow.

Played almost 2 hours and get limited to 0 ! Made profit of just 14.14 mBTC.
Then tried to withdraw and was told to rollover full deposit before being able to withdraw. But how I can rollover now if I am limited to 0?
Their support is so useless. I am chatting few hours with them but they do not understand nothing. 
I am very frustrated, can not get my money...

Who are you licensed and regulated by?

Thank for posting it. I didn't knew about BETB2B platform, I thought that 1xbit/1xbit developped their platform themselves. So, it might be true that Kawbet and 1xbet isn't connected. But it doesn't looks good when Kawbet staff don't bother to answer questions about it. And I'm not sure that using same software as well known scam website is smart idea.

Fast resolution of client's issues is really a big thing in building credibility in the gambling community. Because if that user is not satisfied or has been waiting for so long just to resolve a simple case, what's more with other complex issues? So the kawbet team should always make it a point to resolve their player's issues fairly and in fast manner. Remember that you are just starting to build your reputation so it is your advantage to make your player happy and contented with your services.

If they aren't any connection I think kawbet needs a rebranding since the two site's are very similar and it could really affect your business.
Your website should do it soon in so that the forum members and other gamblers wouldn't think that both site have any connection.
