I've paid from my BTC wallet few times to the same reciever. The question is:
Does he able to see that all transactions from me come from the same wallet?
And what can i do to make him see all my payments as from different wallets everytime? Is it possible at all?
That depends on the address the money is coming from. There are some wallets that are using one wallet by default and if you keep buying bitcoin it get stored in thus same address, so when you send to someone else they will always see that same address as the sender, same with every transaction you will be making to them. The only time its going to change is when you decide to change it.

It is just like me, I don’t make use of one address, I’m always generating new addresses anytime I want to buy bitcoin and when I send to a particular person regularly they wouldn’t be seeing the same address, rather they would see different addresses as the senders. So what you should do is to try to generate a new address when you want to buy bitcoin so that when you send it would send to those as a different address.

Of course. You can use a different wallet to send to the same receiver. You can use services like Coinbase and blockchain. On the platform you can change your wallet every time you transact.

Yes, you can use different wallets each time. However, this does not help much. Because a person who knows how to follow the wallets can still detect that he came from the same source. To prevent this, you can use mixer applications such as Chipmixer.

Go provide him/her the wallet address you'll be using when you are paying him using a different wallet and he can freely verify if the funds really came from you using the blockchain transaction checker.

Does he able to see that all transactions from me come from the same wallet?

Yes, of course, blockchain is a free and public website where you can check all transactions coming in and out of your wallet.

You should use some web wallets like blockchain which changes the address after each payment is received. I am not sure if you could change your address even after sending a transaction but you can surely create a number of profiles into the same blockchain wallet which would have different addresses on them. This might perhaps solve your problem but it might not get that challenging for the receiver to identify the relation of each profile and link those to a single wallet.

If you are transacting with larger amounts and need some security with your address than you can pay some fees to various mixers and use those mixers to anonymously mix your coins before you could send them.

There are many things you can do but in some countries it is deemed illegal.
You can use softwares to make your sending or receiving address so complicated that no one would be able to track it .
But I think the safest option out there is , you can use different wallets or generate different addresses , some wallets does require no setup and you can use them instantly .
This would ofc use a higher fee since you would be sending twice but I think that would be a fool proof option.
