I have bitcoins blocked in my wallet already two weeks without reason and without any response of localbitcoins team to my ticket. I provided all information about transactions in support ticket #1064942 but have no reply yet. In fact I bought bitcoins in my account of kraken, sent to localbitcoins wallet and now I haven't access to my bitcoins.
As I have many losses by changing of bitcoins price and interruption of my services, and have so much problems and unpaid debts because of ignoring of my ticket, my question is where I must to claim about this terror? Somebody have experience by claiming your bitcoins? I see this actions totally illegal and it seems to scam by part of localbitcoins to create so much problems to their customers.

Dear its very sad because in last few months they have many wired actions against many users as they block many countries even peoples passed KYC so just check is your country in blocked list because if this happen then you have to wait for update which can take long time if no then try to reach them through support.

Never disclose you information's with any one just keep in touch with them because they are doing some updates due to recently changes in European Union laws so they will take time but hopefully your all funds will be refunded keep cool and contact them with patience.

LocalBitcoins is a P2P exchange so people keep their funds on LocalBitcoins for trading. If you see his/her account then you would be able to see the trade volume of his/her within a short time, so I am not astonished by hearing it.

Feels well to have sleept, I'm waiting myself for localbitcoins to answer me about him, 5-7 days their support is pretty slow indeed. I'm certain his funds will be returned I cannot get to comprehend why the fud and such hold of funds by their part.

WIth the escrow system and the user paying attention and not releasing early or things like that i would say it almost impossible to get scammed.
Probably excluding some ways of trade I guess but can't think of any.

Localbitcoins.com is not scam but right now they are facing some very serious issues because they facing some very stick policies from European Union which they must follow their liquidity is also going down very badly just because of these policies hopefully OP will have his funds back but will take some time.

I never experienced this while using LBC so it looks strange for me.

Do you have any evidence to prove your claim that you never received any response for your support ticket for more than 2 weeks?

Then why your account got frozen?

Did you check is there any unresolved dispute in the notification page?

Even after months, people can dispute a trade and you might get restricted until it resolves

I still don't fully trust what you said, you got the coins from a shady cheap source? I has no explanation by your happenings and I never heard of anyone legit to go thru such problems, except on some gambling sites that already built such a reputation.
