From this list, I'd like to suggest the first on the list roslinpl but his term wants you to pay upfront for 50% and the other 50% once the signatures are done.
I think that term is the right one but still good luck finding the designer who will agree with your term, malubit.

I would like to recommend  @yahoo62278 to manage the signature campaign you're building, one of the best managers on this forum, reputable and trusted. Also, fair and unbiased. I've been part of his past managements, both bounty (social media) and signature campaigns, and all went well, smooth and successful. I wish he could also design signature codes, so you can avail of a total package.
You wouldn't scam if you deal with a user like him.

Anyway, those who plans to change their current signature to what malubit will offer in future, please consider looking through their topic MALUBIT.com - Bitcoin Sports Betting

I'm not saying they are bad or good, there are both positive and negative feedback (mostly from newbie accounts). But there are interesting posts, like this, or in last pages, people have problem with withdrawal or their accounts being closed.

Once again, I'm writing this not to make show malubit in a bad way, but to make people check what you are planning to advertise in your signature.

You are right that something strange is happening there, but I checked the post history of all "Newbie" accounts accusing Malubit. Only "Newbie", because there are no account with a long history, which has an unresolved situation. In my opinion, accounts that write negatively about this service are very suspicious. It looks like someone has signed up to create the signatures, so this thread should be closed and the conversation about Malubit moved to their main thread.
