 They invest a lot of money to create documentation and marketing for a fake project. In my opinion, in such a situation, even an experienced bounty manager is not able to guess the intentions of "developers". We must be aware that participating in bounty campaigns will always be a risk.

actually not all of them are allotting Big amount in their scam activities , there are even some projects i come across in the past that lures investors using their 5 year old ANN Thread creation , even their Road maps make no sense and their white paper is like a elementary school project report.
yet there are someone who cries becoming victim , but at least now time has changed and people are not that easy to be fooled.
good that we have this forum in which you can simply ask experts to evaluate the projects you are going to invest so you will have some idea on what is going on and what is the probability of the said project.

It looks like the budget for this campaign is very low. The last transaction on Exbitron exchange where the Peoples Coin is listed was at a price 0.00001724 USDT

If this is not a mistake, then developers must consider bounty hunters to be idiots if they think someone will join the campaign with such a low budget.

The budget does look impressive indeed.
However, there is a strange notation in the bounty thread.

The budget can be reallocated between campaigns in case of a shortage of coins for payments in one of them.
The weekly payout for each campaign can be slightly changed, both up and down, in order to maintain a balance in the distribution of coins between campaigns.

I am surprised because I do not know why differences would arise, since the budget is predetermined and the allocation is very clear.

As for the KYC, there is information in thread that for participants of the bounty campaign is not required:

You will avoid them just because their bounty budget is low? But they are not the one who tell the budget. Also, it is good that the budget is in USDT, but not in a crappy token, that no one know how much will be worth tomorrow.

I've noticed it long time ago - there are not big bounties anymore. Projects don't spend funds on bounties anymore. Crappy projects cant afford BM services, big projects don't need that "useless social media retweets/share among bounty hunters" anymore.

With the reduction of ICO popularity, bounties, as an instrument to get attention, are dead.

Yeah mate, the social media participants of this bounty will be the ones suffering much from the low reward allocation, imagine putting such effort of sharing and posting, likes for $2.77 and there is also the possibility of your work not accepted because of one reason or the other, well, i really can't speak for the social media participants i will assume they are fully aware of the reward allocation before accepting to work on this campaign.

i don't know what's your problem being a Bounty hunter, if you are not being paid your claiming if you are having small payment still you are claiming  

For people who are unable to do their own good research of the project to reduce the risk of being scammed, low-paid bounty campaigns but with escrow are a good solution.

However, if someone has the appropriate skills and experience in assessing the risk of a project, it is better to join such bounty campaigns that have a good chance of success and a large bounty pool.

It is possible that the second option is better for ZaraCB.

I think that none or very few of these who have joined to this bounty campaign is aware of the true value of the bounty pool. Bounty hunters are usually too lazy to spend even a few minutes doing research. Because of this, there is so much cry afterwards that they have been scammed. This thread was also created for this same reason.
